B
Very disappointed to learn we only had 4 minutes to view Sistine Chapel contrary to what the guide said!!
The tour guide told me to meet at two different places. The explanation took more time than the actual tour, which gave us only four minutes inside the Sistine Chapel. The staff seemed inexperienced and unorganized, wasting precious vacation time.
Operator response
We Informed you and provide you all the information on the day as reminder. But you suppose to be at the meeting point at 5:15 for check in , you did arrive 35 minutes late and the hole group waited for you and tour started late . Although we try our best . Thanks for sharing your experience

Great guide.
Very informed and pleasant guide. Ushered us through lines with ease. They print you an entrance ticket and you need to scan it twice as you enter, keep it handy. Really packed a ton into a three hour tour. Highly recommend.

Excellent Vatican Museum tour!
Maggie our tour guide was superb! She was interesting and in tune with our group. We were a family of 6 with children 13-9 years. When they started to wane in interest she expertly reignited them.
Operator response
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that Maggie made your family’s tour so memorable. Keeping kids engaged (especially across different ages!) can be a challenge, and we’re so glad her energy and expertise kept everyone excited and involved. We’ll be sure to pass along your wonderful feedback—it’ll mean the world to her!
