We've been in Key West at least 20 times and eaten many slices of key lime pie. This "cooking program" was fun, informative and had a delicious conclusion. You watch the pie being created, learn about Italian meringue and sample the result. The piece of pie was full size accompanied by Cuban coffee. It was a great diversion on a hot summer afternoon. Not expensive. Try it, you'll like it!
This is a great Key West experience - only a short time, interesting and you get the recipe AND a fabulous piece of Key Lime pie for a reasonable price. We ended up to be the only two signed up so we feel like we got the VIP experience. Highly recommend ordering an espresso martini to go with the slice of pie, a perfect complement!
