EWR Luxury Sedan NYC Transfer + Multiple Stops

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify and learn from it. First, we’re glad to hear that Gurmeet was polite and helpful. He is a professional chauffeur, and we value him greatly. As outlined in our product description on Viator and TripAdvisor, this service is a private chauffeured drive, not a guided tour led by a licensed tour guide. The role of the driver is to provide safe, comfortable transportation and assist with navigating the city, rather than delivering detailed historical or guided commentary. That said, we sincerely regret that this distinction was not as clear as it should have been and that it led to disappointment during your time with us. We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the nature of the service, and we take responsibility for ensuring our listings communicate expectations as clearly as possible. We appreciate your thoughtful comments, which we are using internally to review how we present this experience and how we better prepare both our guests and our drivers going forward. We also want to emphasize that Gurmeet performed his role as intended, and we thank you for acknowledging his professionalism. Thank you again for your feedback. We truly value it and hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide a service that better aligns with your expectations in the future.
