It was an amazing experience, and White Hill Adventure was just perfect. They helped me with everything to make it a remarkable momento for me, specially because I was afraid about going solo on the hike. I will always recommend this agency, as being one of the best trips in my life.

He handled the trouble sincerely. They dealt with the trouble that arose at 3am, not knowing if it was the system's fault, and we arrived safely at the Everest window Lukla Airport. He was also very resourceful about the flight to Kathmandu.

Me and my husband booked with White Hill Adventure to do the EBC trek .The company gave us all the information , support and feedback that we needed ,before ,during and after the trekking . Everything went well and as planned. We had an excellent guide the Pemba Tamang. We couldn’t have asked a better guide. He was always very attentive, patient, helpful, polite, responsible and with a lot of knowledge. I recently completed the 5-day Everest Short Trek with White Hill Adventure Treks, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, every detail was perfectly coordinated to give us an incredible taste of the Everest region without the time commitment of a full trek. Highlights of the Trek: The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking Himalayan landscapes, iconic viewpoints, and charming Sherpa villages. Within these few days, we got to see stunning panoramas of Everest, Lhotse, and other majestic peaks. Each day’s trek was well-paced, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the natural beauty and cultural richness of the region. Exceptional Coordination by Anuj and the Team: Anuj, our main coordinator, was nothing short of amazing! His communication was clear and timely, making sure all our questions were answered beforehand and that we felt comfortable with each step of the journey. The logistical details were well-handled, from our accommodation to transport and even our dietary needs on the trail. Professional and Friendly Guides: Our guide, Lakpa Nurbu Sherpa, was highly knowledgeable about the trails, local culture, and trekking essentials. His experience and friendliness added so much to our trek, making us feel safe and well-cared for every day. Hey we booked the service here. At the beginning there are some misunderstanding with van and jeep, bus. But it fixed. I appreciated the company doing their best for the air tickets for me. But I also suggested another customer, should make sure everything is very clear at the beginning avoid the misunderstanding later.

I wish I could leave a better review, but White Hill Adventure has promised and failed (on multiple occasions) to fix the issue. We used WHA to organize a short trip into the Himalayas. We were amazed by the Himalayas and more so by its people! We enjoyed our guide, Onchu, who was kind and attentive. He was good enough to upgrade one of the hotels that WHA had arranged - it was poorly maintained and unsurprisingly had very poor ratings (2 out of 5) - and he did not up charge us, even when I told him we were happy to pay the difference! We recommend Onchu, who you can contact directly at +977 974-1772392, to organize a trek. The Issue: Due to weather conditions, our flight from Lukla to Kathmandu was canceled and we had to trek down to pick up a helicopter. No surprise or issue - we actually enjoyed it and took some great pics! WHA told us that we would be reimbursed for the two canceled flights (over $400), but that it would take a little time because they would have to coordinate with the airlines. We waited patiently for several weeks, then months. We are now four months removed and still no reimbursement and they are now refusing to respond to my messages. There are many trekking companies with very strong ratings to choose from - we suggest you consider using one another one. Enjoy your trip to the Himalayas and and meeting its wonderful people!

White Hill did a great job organizing our trip to Nepal! Always quick to answer questions and help before, during, and after our trip. Our guide on our trek was great and Sabin made the rest of the trip very easy and enjoyable for us. They always adjusted to what we wanted to do and it was great not having to worry about getting from place to place. They even shipped my watch back for me after I accidentally left it in the mountains! I would recommend them to anyone visiting Nepal, especially first time visitors.
