  • Personal Travel Insurance
  • Physical Condition And Experience Requirements
  • Everest Base Camp Trek is an exciting moderate trekking destination for all the adventure travelers who have the ability to hike around 3-5 hours a day in the breathtaking Himalaya region of Everest.
  • The Everest Base Camp Trek is not a technical trek, it is possible to trek with a basic level of fitness, a good training plan prior to your Everest Base Camp trip will make that much more enjoyable and it doesn’t require any climbing skills. We have seen many different ages of travelers are completing this trek like old, young, overweight and underweight and they all are very much appreciated about the journey, as a non-technical trek that does not require crampons, walking poles, oxygen cylinders, ropes, and technical equipment. But our company will be provided the warm down jackets and sleeping bags if you do not have your own. A normal EBC trek is accessible to most trekkers who have some genus of fitness level and decent drive with a lot of stamina to last two weeks on the cold weather in the mountain.
  • if you could convenience yourself to take some normal pre-training courses like daily physical exercises, jogging, running, climb the staircase and walking down, cycling, swimming and hitting gym etc that would be greatly helped to accomplish the journey easier.
  • Accommodation during the Trek
  • t services on the selection in Kathmandu and all Accommodations are provided on the twin-sharing basis. The single supplement will be served if you are a single traveler. Accommodations during the trek in the mountains, basically you will be staying at basic trekking lodges where you will have a nice and clean room with the warm blankets, pillows, and comfortable matrices ( matrices size cannot be very thick size but still comfortable). All the facilities during the Everest base camp trek are not as same as Kathmandu but still very pleasant and suitable. Do not expect everything is the high level of standards in the mountain. Alpine Ramble Treks would be glad to ensure the attached bathroom in every possible place even on Everest region in advance booking, in some places; you have to compromise in sharing a bathroom at high altitudes area because there is no room with attached bath have being built at this elevations area.
  • High standers Hotels in Kathmandu like 4-5 stars will be provided on your request with the extra cost basis

  • All clients must have a valid passport with
  • least 6 months prior validity from return date Nepalese visas can be obtained from the immigration office or Consulate in your country or arrival in Kathmandu Airport.
  • Last minute booking
  • Concerning your desirable interested for any trip with us we even accept the last minute booking. You can book a trip directly by calling or sending a message anytime. But eventually, Last minute booking may not acceptable for Bhutan and Tibet trip.
  • Meals
  • The Everest base camp trek is well-established trekking route of Nepal Himalayas where you can get the numerous trekking lodges along the way in the whole journey and basic meals are available in the trekking lodge on this route. The meals are served by our company as per our inclusive way which is included on this Everest Base Camp trek program. Basically, the foods are provided in the same tea house where you stay overnight and there are no outside foods is allowed according to the rule and regulations of the local community but you can simply take the normal snacks, water and drinking stuffs from outside as you wish which are allowed. In order to complete the 12 Days Everest base camp, the food is one of the most important factors that you really need it to hike in the Himalayas. The meal in this trek is very convenient and fresh except meat items, usually, we take our breakfast and dinner at the same lodge where we stay and for the lunch, our trekking guide will be chosen every day at the best place possible along the way,
  • Food during the trek, you will have full options to select your preferred meals items from the menu which are provided by the local tea houses, the Menu offers verities of ethnic cuisines foods as well as western styles meals including Sherpa stew, Fresh vegetable items, Rara noodles, different soups, handmade bread items, rice items, spaghetti, pizza, eggs, potatoes items, Apple pie, Dal Bhat and various of drinking like Black tea, lemon tea, Hot chocolates, Ginger tea, Milk coffee/tea, green tea, black coffee, Lemon ginger tea are available on menu in this trek. The meals are quite surprising on this trek then other trekking routes Like Annapurna and Langtang regions of Nepal, all are selected items from the menu of the lodge will be fresh, hygienic and tasty. Some places, there are non-veg item meals are available however we do not recommend to take these meat items in the Everest region as they are not hygienic and healthy during the trek. The fresh and healthy meals during the trek like Dal Bhat, Vegetable items and soups items ( Garlic soup, potato soup, onion soup with the food, ) are recommended which are prepared by the local supplement and do not store as a long period of time to serve it.
  • The water is available everywhere during EBC trek which cost around 2-3 dollars per liter of botels or you can also use the normal tap water for free but water purification pills are required to filter. And we would like you to take a separate proper bottle for hot water reason because cold water cannot be fit every time in the high altitude area and it’s too cold.
  • Extra personal expenses on trekking
  • During the trek, all the food are included (Lunch, Breakfast, and Dinner with hot drinks) which will be provided by the company, behind the schedule of our package the meals and accommodations in Kathmandu will have to be arranged by yourself.

Exceptional service, had a fantastic time

Dil answered all our questions perfectly, despite the uncertainties caused by the floods and landslides during our trip. He went above and beyond to make things smoother, even amending our itinerary to ensure we could reach Annapurna Base Camp and still catch our flight due to delays in starting our hike. Thanks to our guides and porters, we were able to achieve all our goals on this trip. The crew handled everything for us, from arranging transport and food to organising our trek stays and snacks for energy. All we had to bring was our belongings, money, and a positive attitude. We had an amazing time and would definitely book another hike with Alpine Rambles Trek in Nepal.

Magical Experience!

I had a magical experience with Arpan and Suk on the 7-day Everest Base Camp trek with helicopter return. Arpan took care of my every need and went above and beyond to make my trip special including the Namche monastery. Suk is such a strong Sherpa and a wonderful person. I am grateful to Dil for meeting with me in Thamel before my trip to make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you, Alpine Ramble Team.

A trek made special by the amazing team

We had such a wonderful experience with Alpine Ramble. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive, and they made us feel well taken care of throughout the entire trip. A special thank you to our guides and porters, who truly went above and beyond. Their patience, encouragement, warmth, and genuine care made such a difference, especially during the more challenging moments of the trek. They weren’t just guides and porters, they became such an important part of the experience and made the whole journey so much more memorable. I’m incredibly grateful for all the beautiful memories we made along the way. Despite the challenges we faced, the experience was made so much better because of the amazing team behind us.

The Perfect Everest Base Camp trek!

Our Everest Base Camp trek with Alpine Ramble was an absolutely incredible adventure and an experience we’ll never forget! We were so lucky to have Krishna, our amazing guide, and Dawa, our wonderful porter, with us. They made the whole experience so fun, enjoyable and memorable. They went above and beyond to make sure we were always well rested, well fed and entertained, while keeping us motivated and supported throughout the trek. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for better people to share the experience with! The organisation from Alpine Ramble was fantastic from start to finish. From the airport pick-up and accommodation through to the pre-trek briefing and all the logistics along the way, everything was organised so effortlessly. We always felt like we were in great hands and had everything we needed. We couldn’t recommend Alpine Ramble highly enough and will 100% be using them again when we come back to Nepal to tackle the Annapurna Circuit!

Alpine Ramble is simply the best

We booked the trek months in advance and were very excited to finally get started. I can just say we weren‘t disappointed, everything from the pickup, to the guide, the teahouses, food, everything was amazing. Customer support by the owner Dil was great, we could write him all the time on What‘s App and he would answer all our questions and requests in a very professional manner. Our guide Subash was the best, given the fact that he was still very young, same as us, we had so much fun during the trek, while he explained everything with great passion and looked out for our safety at any given time. I also want to mention our porter Sunam, even though his english skills were limited, he was smiling all the time, I think I‘ve never seen anyone smile this much in my life and that while carrying our heavy load. Please make sure to tip your guide and porter properly, these people deserve it more than anyone. This trip was the best experience of our life and Alpine Ramble is definitely top tier when it comes to himalayan trekking.

Alpine Ramble Rocks!

Alpine Ramble showed incredible grace and caring regarding the trek booked. I appreciated their guide Saugat and porter Neema. They guided e through some of the toughest parts of the trail with grace, strength and understanding. I would, hands down, recommend to them to anyone looking to trek to Everest Base Camp and Cho La Pass.
