Description
The Everest Base Camp Trek is a legendary Himalayan adventure through Nepal’s stunning Khumbu region, offering an unforgettable journey to the foot of Mount Everest. The trek starts with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and follows trails through Sherpa villages, rhododendron forests, suspension bridges, and dramatic mountain landscapes. Hike through Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, and Gorak Shep before reaching Everest Base Camp at 5,364 meters. Along the route, admire spectacular views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, Thamserku, and Pumori, explore Sherpa culture, and visit ancient Buddhist monasteries. Proper acclimatization days help your body adjust to the increasing altitude. The adventure also includes an early-morning climb to Kala Patthar, a famous viewpoint for breathtaking sunrise views of Everest.
