External and internal visit. Art Nouveau style station
Here we will talk about Las Fallas, added to the UNESCO list in 2016. These festivities are celebrated between 15 and 19 March and transform the city into an open-air museum of ephemeral monuments, accompanied by music, traditional costumes and the smell of dust.
Only on weekdays. Characteristic place of the Fallas festivals in Valencia, perfect for explaining this Intangible Heritage of Humanity: the FALLAS.
External visit of the Central Market. Art Nouveau Market. Ideal for explaining the Mediterranean Diet, another of the Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
We will enter the Silk Lonja, a masterpiece of civil Gothic architecture which was declared a World Heritage Site in 1996. The fabulous Sala de Contratación, with its columns, vaults and ribs, will transport us to the prosperous Valencian Golden Age.
External visit of the Valencia Cathedral, where the Holy Grail is kept
The Water Tribunal, an intangible heritage of humanity since 2008, takes place every Thursday at midday in the Door of the Apostles of the Cathedral
