Find the driver at your hotel in Marrakech or in a central location for the trip of 3 hours to Essaouira, a quiet city refreshed by the sea breeze. On the way to Essaouira, stop in an argan oil cooperative, and learn how gold oil is produced using traditional techniques. When you arrive in Essaouira, go your own way to explore the compact historic center, surrounded by ramparts with stunning views of the ocean. You will have the freedom to see and do what you want. You can enjoy a mint tea in Moulay El Hassan Square, look for souvenirs in the souks or sample freshly caught local seafood at an open-air restaurant. Join the driver and the group after an afternoon of exploration and start your journey back to Marrakech, where the day will end with a transfer to your starting point.

A wonderful experience, a day trip to see a side of Morocco that faces the ocean. Essaouira is a world apart; it feels like being in Greece, the south of France, a village in Puglia, and Morocco all at the same time.
