We had an outstanding experience with Huatulco Activities during our vacation. We rented scooters multiple times throughout our stay, and every experience was exceptional. Claudia, the owner, is incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. She always went out of her way to meet our needs and make the rental process easy and stress-free. Her warm personality and excellent customer service truly made a difference in our experience. The scooters were always in excellent condition, very clean, and well-maintained, giving us complete confidence as we explored the beautiful area of Huatulco. Where to Begin... My partner who i went with to Mexico decided to rent a Moped. He went on our last day of our trip. Flight to leave at 6 pm, he went out at 9 am alone. I received a call from him at 11 am, saying he has been in an accident and was headed to the hospital. I then met him at the hospital 45 mins later. Where the people who rented him a scooter were already there waiting. One young man in the waiting room. I at the time did not know it was the scooter people. Then the guys sister shows up. I go outside for some air , not even seeing my partner yet and the girl comes up to me and says she is with Huatulco Activities and then tells me she wants the money for the damages. I advised her i can not afford the damages, 16000 Pesos. She said we can pay some now and pay the rest at a later date, I am Canadian and i do not speak spanish. The hospital staff are also asking for me to sign something which i can not read. They are talking to the Moped/scooter people and trying to get me to sign something. I still have not seen my partner. To see if he is ok. Then 3 other woman , an aunt and two other ladies came to the hospital then threatening me that they will call the authorities and hold him in the country until he pays the 16000 Pesos. My partner said he did not sign anything. We ended up having to pay 1500 Canadian. I felt like this was a targeted attack, as the people at the hospital knew the scooter people, the scooter people were there before i even got there 45 mins later. My partner also said he was cut off by a white Sedan beater car, which just happened to be the car that the young man at the hospital was driving. The westjet people also came to the hospital and saying my partner cant fly home because of the injuries, because it was late on the season, was the last flight to Canada, that they were not able to help us out and wanted us to pay 1800 dollars. I would not recomend this tour and DO NOT ever rent a scooter or moped in Mexico, as i feel they do this alot and it is also on Reddit that this circumstance has happened many times before. I would share photos of my partner, but it is pretty graphic.

This is the spot! Big shout out to our friends, Claudia and her son Carlos ❤️💙. We were treated with such care and respect. We grabbed a couple scooters for a 4 hour mid day trip. We saw three bays, had a bite in town, and made it back , with time to spare. If you like an adventure and to be treated with extra kindness. This is the spot ♡.

We rented scooters for the family 2 times and it was quick easy and super efficient. The scooters were in great shape and super fun. We were given hot tips on where to go, and even told about some out of the way beaches to visit. A great edition to our wonderful time in Huatulco.

Great scooter rental place. The owner is friendly and easy to deal with. The scooter we rented was new and very reasonably priced for the week. It definitely made the trip more fun! We’ll be renting from here again on our next trip to Hualtoco!!

Claudia was really easy to deal with when I rented my scooter. Actually rented twice in a three week period, two separate occasions, and she was so simple and easy to work with and arrange. I connected with her over WhatsApp and she quick to respond, fair pricing and scooters both times were in decent shape and met my expectations. Claudia was helpful, sweet and super easy to deal with. Would recommend and I will use again.
