Excellent customer service and a great all round bike. We took ours to Rottnest Island with no problems at all. I liked the bike so much I extended the hire to use when we got home as well!

E-bike hire 5*
I hired an e-bike for a month. Bike was brand new, included a snazzy app that locked/unlocked bike but they also provided an additional chain/lock. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend. Perfect for getting around Perth and the excellent cycle paths

Need for a rental car
A very good booster. The price/performance is also very high and not expensive, the experience is great! The owner is also super nice and loving! In city substitution, delivery is perfectly enough! We highly recommend driving to Perth to rent a car!

Best bikes ever. Best service ever... These bikes are the best bikes in the world. They have two wheels and an amazing electric rear motor.

Terrible from the company and Viator
The confirmed bike pick up point could not be found, the phone wasn’t answered the advertised time of operation misleading and deceptive.

Amazing value AND great bikes.
This was such good value for hiring electric bikes for a week in Perth - a city which makes cycling to easy! The bikes were in excellent condition (seemed new) - super comfy, secure locking system, helmets included. Picking them up and dropping off was easy. I would definitely recommend them.

Great value for money
The electric bike was excellent and very good value for money for the week. The location of the business is close to the city and very accessible. Friendly and helpful staff make this a great choice to hire an electric bike.

Disappointing Purchase.
We purchased an electric Scooter from Wedgetail Bikes in Subiaco but sadly it didn’t last long despite us taking perfect care of the bike & battery charging etc. so now we are on the lookout for a new battery. Wish we had just rented a bike instead of buying the scooter.

Very good experience with the bike from Wedgetail. The bikes are highly recommended, and the customer service is excellent and friendly. I would rent a bike from them again and pass on my experience to everyone. Well done Wedgetail and good luck for the future.
