Electric Bike and Mobility Scooter Rental

We thought it would be fun to ride e-bikes in St John's, there were gale force winds that days making it difficult to share the road with vehicles WITHOUT any bikes lanes. Additionally, there was a problem with my bike and the handlebars kept falling down. I would have preferred that the owner cancel our reservation due to the weather. We could have saved a lot of money and had less stress by taking an Uber.

From reservation through return, the service provided by Pedego St. John's owners Mike and Tammy excels! When I realized we would need more time, Mike made it happen straightaway. The bikes are excellent, allowing my wife and me to cover a lot of ground while on shore leave from our cruise ship. At ride's end, Tammy offered exceptional recommendations for Cod Tongue, ice cream, and beer. A totally FIVE STAR experience!!!

Hired the ebikes to see the main attractions round St. John's . Shop easy to find in main street, Mike the owner sorted a bike for each of us. Ensured we were happy with managing the bike(trial run in the street). Sure was a grunty bike, didn't take much effort cycling up Signal hill! Well worth hiring!

Pedego had my bike ready to roll. I had a fabulous time exploring the city and its surroundings. The bike was in top condition and easy to ride. I’ll do it again!

I booked an e-bike tour for St. John’s Bay of Fundy. It ended up bringing in St. John’s Newfoundland. I didn’t realize this until I ended up in Fundy. I reached out to both Viator and the tour operator. Neither was willing to do a thing other than screw me out of the $85 I paid.

Awesome experience. We’ve rented e-bikes all over the world and this is one of the best. Climbed signal hill with ease (so glad we had e-bikes otherwise I don’t think we would have made it up on regular bikes) Highly recommend.

The staff at Pedro eBike Rental was awesome! They were very professional and knowledgeable. They we very good at showing us how to operate the bikes as well as some great spots to ride to.

Really helpful having the pedal assist for the hills around the shop. And in general in St. John's. Was surprised by the reasonable price, and the owner/operator was kind enough to be flexible with me just stopping in to rent last minute (early season so wasn't stressing them out by any means). They fit me on the right sized bike which was great. I got a LONG way on the bike, including heading up Battery Hill which isn't too accommodating to cars. So had some great trail riding, but also managed to go across the town to shop etc. The rental comes with a lock so ease of visiting spots with the bike was good. As someone who bikes daily in my hometown and always trys to find a bike where ever I go, this was an easy choice and I would make it again if I went back to St. John's. A note though - the town itself is not set up for cycling in the downtown core. So bike with confidence, but new riders maybe should be making good choices with bikes that can go this fast if the town gets busy during tourist season. I'm used to co-living with cars and traffic, so easy peasy and lemon squeezy, especially in low tourist season.

First time renting an e-bike and such a fun way to see the area. There were six of us and we all enjoyed riding and seeing a larger area then walking around! Afterwards we could walk the areas nearer to our cruise ship!
