Joanna was a great guide throughout the experience!
The experience was fabulous and we had the best guide ever. Joanna was perfect!
The experience was amazing. We had Joanna as a tour guide and she did an excellent job! Loved it!
Everything was perfect. Our guide, Joanna, was very kind and very entertaining. We enjoyed her commentary a lot and she handled all the logistics of the Tower with great agility.
Joanna, our private guide, met us nearby the tower and led us though security and up to the summit. She was a delightful guide and easily shared so much information and interesting history. I would highly recommend this experience in general and Joanna as a guide.
Excellent Joana our guide was amazing
Joanna was fantastic. She was very accommodating and made sure we all had a great time. She had so many fun facts and cool information for us. She went above and beyond to take every picture we wanted and took us to the next stop we were going after the tour. Would highly recommend!
Tour operator canceled just an hour before the start time citing issues at Viator’s end, leaving us stranded for the evening. Having booked a similar tour for another day, I was made aware that it’s the same tour provider and instead of redeeming themselves of poor customer service just a couple of days back, this time they chose to cancel the tour on me stating that they didn’t like I called them out and showed them the mirror about this unprofessional conduct. If I knew it’s the same vendor, I wouldn’t have opted for the tour.
Thank you for your review. To clarify, your first booking was affected by a technical issue between Viator and our reservation system, and we contacted you immediately. Unfortunately, we never received a response. Rather than canceling, we offered you an alternative tour later that same evening, which you declined. You subsequently booked the same tour with us again. However, due to the hostile and threatening nature of our previous interactions, we decided not to honor the second booking. We believe respectful communication is essential, and our staff should not be subjected to threats or abusive behavior. We regret the initial technical issue but stand by our decision.
Veronica was our guide. She was very informative and took her time with us. Thank you. This was such a lovely experience.
The guide was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable and patient with our group. We are mostly an middle and elderly age group, so patience is very important.
