We spent a lovely 4 days with Scott B. on the bus. He made sure to never keep us bored, showing all the best views and temples of relief. "Yeeeees!" He was happy to answer all our questions and often shared the answers on the road with all of us. We learned about the history and culture between the stops. He also kept us safe from the sheep and warned us about midges. He even organized a sunny weather for the Dunvegan Castle gardens stop. The whole group was around 16ish people, plus the driver/tour guide. Although the guide had an accent, as Polish tourists, we understood everything well and fully enjoyed the experience. One of the things I really liked about Scott is that whenever we arrived at a new location like Oban or Portree, he made a quick round around the place, showing where we could go for dinner or a drink. Thank you Scott, Give him a raise 🙌
I was not sure if I’d like a guided tour, afraid of limitations. Our tour guide/ driver Paul ( Santa ) was 5 star in making our discovery of the Highlands special , magical! He was so friendly and his storytelling and demeanour appealed to our minibus tour of 14. A mix of families and mature adults. He smartly got us ahead of the other big tour operators with his direction. I’m ready to take more tours with seasoned guides as Paul. Thanks Paul Alex
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a kind review! We are so happy to hear you had a great time on your tour with Paul. They certainly know how to make a tour fun! We hope you learned plenty of new and interesting facts. We hope that you will join us again on tour and we can show you some more amazing scenery! Best wishes, Amy
Paul Santa made our 4- days, non-stop tour the best experience with his stories and frequent special and nature stops. Rain or cloud or a bit of sun, he made sure we were well looked after. We were grateful to delegate all the driving to him.

Paul Santa, tour guide was lots of fun and made a few ninja stops to add some additional adventure. The tour was packed with experiences but without the stress of planning.
The best way to experience the Scottish highlands! Incredible itinerary highlighting the most beautiful and popular parts of the highlands including the Isle of Skye, the famous Jacobite train, and multiple towns and hidden gem stops throughout the entire highlands. Our tour guide, Paul Santa was especially fantastic and knowledgeable and kept the trip fun and engaging! He was amazing. The tour van was luxurious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Kudos to Santa and Timberbush!
My wife and I just had a wonderful 4-day trip with our wonderful guide, Jacqueline. So knowledgeable and very entertaining, she led our tour from Edinburgh through Glasgow, Oban, Fort William, the Isle of Skye and Inverness. Despite a few weather-related setbacks (it is Scotland, after all), she adapted on the fly and made sure that each and every day of our journey was successful. A true joy to travel with … helpful in every way. Whole-heartedly recommend this tour, and highly suggest that you specifically request that Jacqueline be your guide
This is my second time travelling with Timberbush Tours, and every experience leaves me even more fascinated. These holidays have been the perfect way to disconnect from work, enjoy myself, and recharge. Scotland is without a doubt one of my favourite places, which is exactly why I came back… and I already know I’ll return again, because in the end, it’s a country you never truly finish discovering. There’s always something new to see and a special kind of magic that keeps you coming back 🤍💫 Besides the incredible places and everything we’re experiencing, I especially want to mention Jack, our guide these days, who is truly making the difference in this trip. He’s always attentive, looking after us and making the whole experience even more enjoyable and easy. And having done both the 3-day and the 4-day tour, I would definitely recommend the 4-day one, as it allows you to enjoy the experience much more and discover Scotland at a more relaxed pace. Without a doubt, a trip to remember and totally recommended ✨ Thank you Jack for taking care of us and for being family during these 4 days!🧡 See you on the next adventure, and you’ll always be welcome in Barcelona!🥰
I recently joined the 4-day Isle of Skye tour with Timberbush Tours as a solo traveller, and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve had in Scotland. From start to finish, everything was well organized, stress-free, and incredibly welcoming for someone travelling alone. A huge part of what made the trip so memorable was our tour guide, Santa Paul. He was absolutely fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, funny, energetic, and genuinely passionate about Scotland’s history, culture, and landscapes. He made every stop interesting with stories, local legends, and historical insights, while also creating a warm and friendly atmosphere within the group. As a solo traveller, I really appreciated how inclusive and approachable he was, making it easy to connect with others and feel comfortable throughout the journey. The itinerary itself was breathtaking, from the dramatic Highlands to the magical beauty of the Isle of Skye, every single day felt like a postcard come to life. We visited beautiful locations, had plenty of photo opportunities, and enjoyed each place. Santa Paul even added ninja stops sharing with us his personal favorites. The accommodation, transportation and itinerary were excellent. The small group format made the experience more personal and enjoyable, and the coach was comfortable for the long scenic drives. After spending four amazing days with the group, saying goodbye genuinely made me sad. We had all become connected that there was a real sense of separation anxiety when it was time to part ways. That alone says so much about the kind of experience Santa Paul creates for our group. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, especially solo travellers looking for a fun, safe, and unforgettable way to experience the Highlands and Isle of Skye. And YOU KNOW WHAT? (Paul’s lovely favorite line) if you’re planning to book this tour, make sure to look for Santa Paul as your guide because he truly makes the experience unforgettable. I know I’ll definitely be booking with him again in the future. Also, booking directly with Timberbush Tours gives you a 10% discount, which makes the experience even better value for money. Thank you, Santa Paul and Timberbush Tours, for such an amazing adventure I’ll never forget. Santa Paul, you made the tour EPIC! When I book again I will request for the tour with you as our tour guide.
