10/10 Joanne is the BEST!

We had such a great time on our food and whiskey tour around Edinburgh! Joanne was absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and so much fun to spend the afternoon with. She shared so much about Scottish food, whiskey, and the history of Edinburgh while keeping everything relaxed and entertaining. Every stop was delicious, and it was such a fun way to experience the city and try things we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Joanne really made the experience special and felt more like exploring Edinburgh with a friend than being on a tour. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Scotland. We would 100% recommend this tour — and especially Joanne — to anyone visiting Edinburgh!

A great afternoon with Joanne!

Very informative, amusing and knowledgeable guide, Joanne, whose only vice is dark chocolate with sea salt fudge (apparently). Totally enjoyable and will be widely recommended.

The Secrets of Edinburgh- it’s life and its food

What a fantastic day we had with our guide Madge. We ate so well, trying haggis, a delicious chowder, fudge and much more!! The whisky tasting was popular also but it was Madge’s story telling which really brought Edinburgh alive for us, thank you.

Operator response
