1 hour walk
1h walk Punctual boarding. The entire tour is guided in 3 languages and pre-recorded. There is no interaction from the crew except for the bar service.

Very relaxing with this maritime tour of the city between several bridges, friendly staff, water available to drink on site, nice in case of high heat

It's an experience...
It's an incredible experience. In addition to the environment you sail through, you have the attention of the staff accompanying us on the trip, who were attentive to anyone who needed it the whole time, with kindness. We will return next year and repeat the trip. Congratulations and thanks to everyone.

bad experience, terrible service
Terrible customer service. They left a group that had already paid without letting them board while the boat was still at the dock, and they closed the access gate in the group's face upon arrival. After a 110 km trip, they couldn't board, and the customer service staff was unpleasant.

En las condiciones de reserva se dice expresamengtte que hay que llegar al menos 15 minutos antes. Una vez cerrado el barco y soltamo amarras por seguridad no se puede volver atras. Si ustedes hubieran llamado avisando que no llegabais a tiempo se podria haber organizado de otra manera. Nuestro personal es amable y atento. Ustedes llegaron muy nerviosos y estresados. Ademas le ofrecimos, sin tener porque hacerlo, repetir el servicio otro día. No entiendo este comentario tan negativo y separado de la realidad. Saludos,

No empathy for the group, they do not care about helping you. You arrive one minute late and they have left without the group

Interesting cruise
It is a very interesting experience. A ride along the river while you listen to a little bit of the city's history.

Perfect for spending time with family
We loved it! I recommend it 100%. Tasty drinks, music, the tour is in three languages, which is a bit tedious but I understand it.

Not enough seats
It was ok! The biggest issue we had was that the boat was overcrowded, so our family of 4 couldn't sit together- totally ruined the experience and for the price we paid we were dissapointed.
