East Zion 2.5 Hour Slot Canyon Canyoneering UTV Tour
Description
Travel in our off-road Can Am Defenders driven by our experienced guides to the Coal Hollow Slot Canyon. This tour is a great tour for young families and beginning canyoneers. After arriving at the canyon we will have a 1/2 mile steep hike. We will then Rappel through the slot canyon via 4 rappels. This will be the high-light of your vacation! Due to the fact that we have multiple tours per day being on time is very important. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will have to leave without you. We are on Mountain Time and an hour different than Las Vegas and Arizona.

Itinerary
Sugar Knoll is the most prominent feature in the area. Settlers thought it looked like a pile of sugar when it is covered in snow. It is a sister mountain to Checkerboard Mesa in Zion Nation Park. We will spend the majority of the time rappelling the bottom half of Ladder Canyon right next to Sugar Knoll.

Amazing adventure! Just perfect for kids of all ages. Rob and Ted were patient and calm when explaining what to do next when rappelling. And half the adventure is getting out to the canyon! A must do.
A great beginner rapelling trip! The hike into the canyon area is steep but also very scenic and enjoyable as you traverse through the slot canyon. Our guides Noah and Zaaj were very helpful and fun and gave us a great recommendation for the coffee shop at the sicgo gas station which was awesome! My only thing was I felt it was too short and I would have gladly done more so if you have done canyoneering before choose the longer route.

Bri did a fantastic job in guiding us down the slot canyons. We went around 5:30ish in the beginning of August and the lighting in the canyons was beautiful! The UTV ride to the base of the canyon was a quick thrill for my teenage boys. Bri also made sure to take several photos for us while we repelled down and a few family photos inside the canyons. It was a perfect addition to our Zion trip! Thank you, Bri!

This was a very fun trip, guides were very enthusiastic towards everyone there and helping people when they were scared, explained thoroughly on everything so we knew what to do. It was a very good price for how much we did, once in a lifetime experience. The whole trip was a good amount of time didn’t take to long so we could do other things later, but was long enough to have a good time. I would say that this was very worth and would rate it 5/5 stars very good!!!
