The Sand Mountain Sand Dune Tour includes a variety of ecosystems and sites that would otherwise go unseen. Guides are highly experienced and cater to every driver and their experience level. This tour focuses mainly on the unique Red Sand Dunes and Sand Trails near Sand Hollow State Park. During this tour, our guides can teach and coach you through different terrain and driving obstacles for an all-around inclusive experience.

Amazing scenic tour and we had an awesome guide! Would definitely recommend! Variety of terrain and lots of fun overall.
We had an amazing ATV tour with Brent at Sand Hollow! Our group had 10 people, including 4 kids, and he did an incredible job tailoring the experience so everyone had a great time. The dads got to tackle some challenging rock climbs that were exciting and unforgettable, while the moms and kids enjoyed riding the dunes and easier trails that were just as fun without being intimidating. Brent struck the perfect balance, making sure everyone in our group was engaged and having a blast. He also built in breaks, kept us supplied with lots of ice-cold water, and made safety a priority. Before we started, he explained everything clearly, making everyone feel comfortable and confident, regardless of experience level. Brent is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wants everyone to have an unforgettable adventure. If you’re looking for an ATV tour that can be customized for families or mixed-experience groups, this is the one to book. We would absolutely do it again!

The guide was great, we got to see the most amazing views, took a wide variety of terrain, went fast and felt safe. If we ever make it back we would go again and would recommend to anyone that hasn’t done this before and wants to have an adventure!

Absolute must adventure!! We are on a 2 week motortcycle trip through Colorado and Utah, and have seen some beautiful things, but this was absolutely the icing on the cake!! The Mad Moose gang was great, and our tour guide Keith was fantastic! I highly recommend them and this adventure!!

Our whole family enjoyed this! We have 3 kids ages 5-10, so we rented a 2 seater and a 4 seater. We had a blast! So glad we had a guide. Plan to wear long sleeves and know that the kids have to be 42” tall. We couldn’t find that info on the website.

This trip was AMAZING! We have done ATV/UTV tours in Hawaii and Arizona but this one was the best! It helped that our tour guide, Robb, was engaging, polite and accommodating. The scenery was gorgeous. If we had more time, we would have gone back for round 2.
