We had our tour with Martin who was excellent. He showed us the locations we wanted to see as well recommended where to go. The experience was very good. He was very friendly and chatty and organised the locations well to where we weren’t waiting in queues for too long. Recommend highly
The experience was wonderful! The driver Wira was very professional and friendly. He explained to us a lot of things about the monument we were about to see and the culture behind. We would recommend
I am writing to share our wonderful experience with a company East Bali Tour, Drivers Martin and Dedek were both very nice and professional. Dedek who took care of my husband and me yesterday during an 8-hour tour of Bali deserves our highest praise for his exceptional service. Throughout the entire day, Dedek was incredibly polite, highly professional, and made us feel completely safe with his excellent driving skills. What made our trip truly special was his deep knowledge of Bali. He eagerly answered all our questions and shared fascinating details about the island’s culture and sights. Furthermore, his English language skills are outstanding, which made communication effortless and enjoyable.Dedek and Martin are a fantastic asset to East Bali tour team and we can recommend their services to everyone trevelling to Bali. This was a customized tour of east Bali. We have been to Bali 5 times but not sure what we missed. After talking with our guide he had great ideas of things to see that we had never seen before. ( woodcarving, a coffee plantation that we had never been to and the monkey forest and a clean town). We may repeat next year.
Dear Guest, Thank you very much for sharing your experience with our customized East Bali tour. We are delighted to hear that, even after visiting Bali multiple times, our guide was able to show you new and unique places such as the woodcarving village, a local coffee plantation, the monkey forest, and the charm of a clean, welcoming town. It makes us very happy to know that our ideas added fresh discoveries to your journey. Your kind words encourage us to continue creating personalized itineraries that highlight Bali’s hidden gems. We look forward to welcoming you again next year and sharing even more special experiences with you. Warm regards, Gusti East Bali Tour Team
We booked 5 days of rides and tours and had a great time. Martin, our driver, was always right where we needed him to be with his clean, air conditioned car. We got rides from the cruise port, to our hotel, from our hotel and to the airport over the course of 6 days. Martin braved the crazy traffic of Ubud and the crazy rain and flooding on the streets with skill and patience. He found us temples, batik factories, monkey sanctuaries, turtle island, a coffee plantation, traditional fire dancing, and lots of Balinese culture. He found us places for lunch every day that was good and also safe. The price was fair and we would absolutely choose them again.
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback about your multi‑day Bali experience with Martin. We’re delighted to hear that his punctuality, safe driving, and patience made navigating Bali’s traffic and weather stress‑free. It’s wonderful that you were able to explore temples, batik workshops, monkey sanctuaries, Turtle Island, coffee plantations, traditional fire dancing, and so much of Balinese culture. We’re also glad you enjoyed the daily lunch stops and found the pricing fair. Your kind words mean a lot, and we look forward to welcoming you again for more memorable journeys in Bali! Warm regards, East Bali Tour Team

We've had the chance to arrange the pickup location, starting time and choose our favored locations after some back and forth. Our driver, Widi, was very patient with the traffic and with our needs of bathroom breaks. We've got to know a lot of background information about balinese culture and the sights we were visiting. Highly recommended, especially for the price!
