We will pick you up at around 5:25 AM (depending on your hotel location). Please be ready in your hotel lobby and ensure your WhatsApp is active so our team can easily reach you if needed. Upon arrival, our driver will mention your name to ensure a smooth and hassle-free pickup process. Following a smooth check-in, you will be escorted to board our speedboat, departing promptly before 6:00 AM from Labuan Bajo, allowing you to enjoy an early, comfortable, and well-organized start to your experience. Throughout the trip, you will be accompanied by 4 dedicated team members: 1 captain, 2 crew members, and 1 English-speaking guide, all committed to ensuring your safety, comfort, and overall enjoyment during the tour.
Your journey begins at the iconic Padar Island, about 75 minutes by speedboat from Labuan Bajo. Famous for its dramatic hills and the rare view of three colored beaches—white, pink, and black—Padar offers one of Indonesia’s most breathtaking landscapes. As we arrive, enjoy stunning views of rugged coastlines and turquoise waters. A hike of approximately 815 well-maintained steps leads to the main viewpoint. The climb is manageable at your own pace, with rest stops along the way. At the top, you’ll be rewarded with a spectacular panoramic view—one of the highlights of Komodo National Park and a perfect spot for unforgettable photos. Please wear walking shoes, bring a hat, reef-safe sunscreen, and stay hydrated.
Next, visit the stunning Pink Beach, located approximately 15 minutes by speedboat from Padar Island. Known as one of the few pink-sand beaches in the world, its unique color comes from a mix of white sand and red coral fragments, creating a soft pink shoreline. The calm, clear waters are suitable for light snorkeling, while the beach itself offers a relaxing atmosphere—perfect for swimming, taking photos, or simply enjoying the scenery. Please use reef-safe sunscreen, avoid stepping on corals, wear swimwear, and do not touch marine life.
We then continue to Komodo Island, located approximately 20 minutes by speedboat from Pink Beach. This island is home to the legendary Komodo dragons—the largest living lizards on Earth. Your trek will be guided by experienced local rangers, ensuring both safety and insight throughout the walk. During the trek, you will have the opportunity to observe Komodo dragons in their natural habitat, along with other wildlife such as deer and birds. These remarkable reptiles can grow up to 3 meters in length and are known for their powerful build. For your safety, all guests must follow the ranger’s instructions at all times—please stay with your ranger, keep a safe distance, avoid sudden movements, and inform our guide if you have any open wounds.
We provide a lunch box tailored to your preference and enjoyed at a simple local warung operated by the local community, offering a relaxed setting. If you wish to purchase fresh coconut or additional drinks, we recommend bringing some extra cash.
After lunch, we continue to Taka Makasar, a beautiful crescent-shaped sandbank surrounded by clear turquoise waters. Located in the middle of the ocean, this small island offers a peaceful stop to relax, take photos, or enjoy a short swim. Its unique shape and natural colors make it one of the most picturesque spots in Komodo National Park. Depending on the tide, the size of the sandbank may vary, adding to its natural charm. Please wear sun protection (hat, reef-safe sunscreen), follow our guide’s instructions at all times, remain calm and move slowly in the water, and use a life jacket if needed.
Then, it’s off to Manta Point, which is just a 5-minute speedboat ride from Taka Makasar. Famous for its frequent sightings of graceful manta rays, this spot is a haven for these gentle giants, drawn to the area’s nutrient-rich currents. It’s one of the best places to snorkel and watch them glide peacefully beneath the surface. If you’re lucky, you might even get to swim alongside them! Please follow our guide’s instructions at all times, remain calm and move slowly in the water, and use a life jacket if needed.
Our final stop is Siaba Island, which is approximately a 15-minute speedboat ride from Manta Point. Known as a prime location to encounter sea turtles, this spot invites you to dive into crystal-clear waters and explore colorful coral gardens teeming with vibrant tropical fish, reef sharks, and, of course, gentle sea turtles. This underwater paradise is the perfect way to conclude a day filled with exploration and adventure.
Afterwards, we begin our return journey to Labuan Bajo, which takes approximately 45 minutes from Siaba. Our latest estimated arrival time in Labuan Bajo is 15:45 PM, allowing you to plan your evening or onward travel comfortably. Our driver will be waiting for you at the harbor upon your arrival, ensuring a smooth and seamless transfer to your hotel or the airport. For guests catching a flight to Bali, the airport is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the harbor, allowing you to arrive with ample time for check-in.

Important Information

- As Komodo National Park now limits visitors to 1,000 people per day, entry slots are limited and fill quickly. To secure your visit, we will pre-book your entry using our own funds, with a total park fee of IDR 450,000 per person (IDR 250,000 SIORA fee reimbursed upon arrival and IDR 200,000 ranger fee paid in cash on arrival). We will first request your approval, and once confirmed, proceed with the booking. Please note that while our tour is free to cancel up to 24 hours before departure, the SIORA ticket is non-refundable and must still be reimbursed once booked, except in cases of bad weather where the Harbor Master does not allow sailing to the park.
- If you are catching an afternoon flight after the tour, please bring your luggage with you and store it in the shuttle car. The same car will take you straight to the airport once the tour ends. Since you will not return to the hotel, towels are not available to borrow, so please bring your own.
- Guests planning to bring a drone to Komodo National Park must inform us at least 5 days in advance, hold a valid drone flying certification, and obtain a permit costing 2.5 million rupiah, which we must pay upfront and can be reimbursed upon your arrival. Please let us know if you’d like our assistance.
- All departures are subject to approval by the Harbor Master. Weather conditions, including rain, do not automatically result in a cancellation, and the tour will proceed as scheduled as long as the Harbor Master determines that conditions are safe and grants permission to sail. However, if the Harbor Master deems conditions unsafe and does not authorize departure, you may choose to join an alternative tour at no additional cost, postpone your tour to an available date, or receive a full refund.

A very fun day. I was on the tour for Komodo Island and the dragons and they were plentiful! Snorkeling and seeing the pink sand beach were cool, we saw turtles and reef mantas and lots of coral and fish. Despite it being peak tourist season, I never felt drowned in crowds both on land and in the water. The guides and boat crew were great, packed a great lunch and a snack at the end. Would highly recommend this trip.
Truly, this tour day was one of the BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE!! I was left speeches by the beauty of nature, lucky enough to see all the things mentioned as possible things to see, had a good group of other travelers along and the guides were above and beyond helpful!

An excellent day out at sea and on the Komodo islands. Everything went very well, from the early pick-up at the hotel, to the visits and snorkelling experiences. The early starts got us to the many places ahead of the crowds and this was very enjoyable. We could see lots of dragons ( probably close to 10 all in all) on land, beautiful landscapes all along, and, clearly a highlights, incredible snorkeling experiences with turtles, magnificent corals, thousands of colourful fishes of all shapes and ….at least 7 manta rays. The guide and boat staff were very kind and helpful. A wonderful experience all along.

This tour was the absolute highlight of our trip to Indonesia! 🇮🇩✨ Although Komodo Island was closed due to weather, we were offered an alternative itinerary visiting Kelor Island, Rinca Island and several incredible snorkeling spots—and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. We snorkeled over beautiful colorful coral alongside manta rays, turtles and countless tropical fish. It was, by far, some of the best snorkeling we’ve ever experienced. 🐠🐢 On Rinca Island, we saw Komodo dragons and trekked through the monsoon forest with a ranger who shared fascinating insights about the wildlife. The early start is absolutely worth it—the sunrise over the scattered islands is an experience in itself. We reached Kelor Island as the sun was rising, hiked to the viewpoint for spectacular 360-degree views, and even spotted baby sharks swimming in the crystal-clear water below. 🌅🦈 The guides were fantastic and took such great care of us at every stop, making sure we were safe while still getting the most out of every experience. Everything was extremely well organized, and the boat was comfortable and very nice. A truly unique adventure and easily one of our favorite experiences in Indonesia. Highly recommended!

The team provided good service and looked out for the safety and comfort of the whole group, everything in the program was fulfilled just as it is described in the advertisement, the only drawback was that the time spent at the snorkeling stops was much shorter than what was scheduled in the advertisement, we returned to Labuan Bajo 45 minutes earlier than what was marked in the advertised program. Had I fulfilled this requirement, my rating would be the highest.

Everything was well organized. Communication was clear. The stops were great and there was some flexibility in the schedule in case of weather/timing. The guide/staff were good at setting expectations - manta rays and komodo dragons are wild, so there's no guarantee to see them. But we were incredibly fortunate as we saw 14+ dragons, a manta ray and many turtles. The water can be a bit rough, so I recommend taking seasickness meds just in case. Our guide was also a fantastic photographer and we're very glad he insisted on taking photos of us. I would definitely recommend this tour!
