The sites were lively but the car ride was longer than expected and tight.
Please do not book this tour! It was overall a very negative experience. The pros: Galway was beautiful, and the guide was friendly enough and got us there safely. The cons: (1) the car sent was much too small for the number of passengers booked to travel comfortably, (2) the guide knew next to nothing about the sites visited or Galway in general, and (3) the tour company made no meaningful attempt to resolve our concerns when we complained about our experience. This is not the type of personalized, informative experience that one would expect from a private tour that is so expensive. In the end, half our party took the train home after our last stop in Galway since the outbound journey had been so cramped and uninformative. The return trip via train was far more comfortable for a fraction of the price we had paid for a spot in the vehicle. I urge you to avoid this tour company on your trip to Galway if you value your money and comfort!
We know the Cliffs of Moher through this tour. Ireland, guide Ricardo and the entire operations team were excellent
I paid for an English speaking tour guide and our guide didn’t speak English! He just pointed at his phone with instructions that someone had previously typed for him. It took 10 minutes to figure out when lunch was scheduled. He skipped attractions that were supposed to be part of the tour. He also cut the tour time down by 1 1/2 hours. I do not recommend using this company for your tour of the cliffs.
Best tour we probably ever had. Everything was great from Costumer service to our beloved Tour Guide and driver. We would recommend this tour to anyone. Must do in Ireland!
This was an amazing trip!! We booked online and booked the Dublin to Cliffs of Moher private day trip. Driver promptly arrived at our hotel at 7 AM. We went to Barack Obama Center for a quick photo and snacks. Proceeded to the Bunratty castle, which was so cool! Then went to the cliffs, Galway, where we went off on our own for shopping and shops. Then we asked the driver if we could stop at Sean’s pub on our way back to Dublin and he said no problem. Sean’s pub is the oldest pub in Ireland with Guinness world record displayed on the walls. We were there long enough to grab a beer, photos and break up the long drive from Galway to Dublin. I’d like to note Eduardo was our driver. He was super nice guy and drove with both hands on the wheel. We felt safe the entire trip. However, we speak only English and he did not know English. He spoke Portuguese . This was not a problem for us as we have the Whats app and also there’s free translator apps online that you can download and I was easily able to communicate with my driver. Hands down an amazing day!!
We booked a private tour to bunratty castle, cliffs of moher, Galway and even got to stop by the oldest pub in Ireland on our way back. Eduardo was our driver and spoke little English but using the what’s app to help us communicate made it no issue at all. The only thing I would have enjoyed more was a bigger vehicle for the long drives to sight see better.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a private tour of the Cliffs of Moher, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From start to finish, the entire experience was tailored to our preferences, making it a truly memorable day.
Great comunication, driver very helpful and very confortable van. When i arrived at the airport i received a whatsapp message from taxi with all details.
Very different pub crawl then the ones I’ve ever tried. The games are true ice breakers and the rules are much funnier. Much better then having someone just taking you from bar to bar
