Second time doing this walk & both times have been excellent. Zack is extremely friendly & knowledgeable about the area. He really puts the mixed group at ease and you feel like friends afterwards! So lovely to have Lokey the Hungarian Viszla join us too. The scenery is breathtaking. Highly recommended and that’s why I’ve done it twice!
Awesome tour! The town of Howth is a great place to visit when in the Dublin area anyway, but our personal tour with Matt made it even more fantastic. We learned about the town, a bit of its history, saw areas where the locals live (including some small trails that most visitors would miss), and, of course, hiked along the cliff. He even provided some suggestions for lunch, even though there are no bad options in Howth. Can you visit and hike Howth on your own? Yes, but this is much more fun! Wear good shoes (the cliff path can get slippery when wet) and you need to be in relatively good shape for the walk. My favorite tour of my time in Ireland!

My sister, nephew and I just finished the costal hike with Matt . We couldn’t recommend it highly enough . Would absolutely recommend a seaside hike in Howth with Leonie, from Howth Adventures! Communication was great on the meetup point, and in fact we all arrived early, so we could get cracking! Leonie is local, and shared the right amount of fun historical facts. She took us on some quieter paths to stunning views, to avoid some of the summer crowds on the busier trails. Super fun to chat with her, and the other ladies in our small group. Would do this again! PS: sturdy hiking shoes were a very good recommendation. :)
