- Children up to 4.99 years of age must be provided with a child safety seat. So please select the infant seat if there is a child from 0 – 4.99 yrs in your booking. No discount for children 5 years and above,children will be charged the same price as adults
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- Waiting time restrictions: on arrival Cruise, the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the cruise has docked.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

We would like to share our point of view here: You booked a transfer with us from the Airport to your hotel and assumed we would also provide your transfer to the port, this was not the case and we tried to explain you have booked with another company on viator and not Orient Tours. you did not listen and kept shouting to our Airport rep. this is the only reason why we were unable to help you and suggested you to contact Viator, not us. Private Transfer Driver was waiting for us to exit Cruise Terminal, he was pleasant, helpful and on time. We were taken to Hotel and had pleasant ride, lots of traffic on roadways. Our experience was excellent and Viator will be used again.

Xfer Ok, but driver constantly coughing whole trip. He should have worn a mask, or stayed home if truly sick.
The driver communicated through What's App and came over immediately when we arrived early. He pointed out landmarks on the way to the hotel and was very friendly. The van was spotless! Great way to transfer from the cruise port.

Used this service for a transfer from cruise port to hotel in Dubai. Great service we were outside very early and they made sure we were picked up quickly even though we were very early for our scheduled pickup. All staff were very nice and helpful and tool great care of us.

The company Orient tours sent there driver to the wrong cruise terminal. Even though they had dropped us atthe correct terminal a week ealrier. Then they wanted to charge us a further £200 to collect us , Costa cruises sorted out a transfer for us to our hotel for 4 passengers to the palm for £50 . Clearly the company never checked where the ship docked as the terminal they sent the driver to had been shut since january this was mid march 2022.

We would like to share our point of view here: We remember our driver waiting at Dubai's Port Rashid Cruise Terminal, which indeed is still operational with many cruise ships docking there. Our driver waited for more than half an hour, not able to locate you. We tried calling on your mobile and when we eventually were able to talk to you, we found out that you were waiting at the new terminal. However, your booking request had mentioned the old terminal and therefore, we have provided the service for you as per your booking information. We had further informed you that we will send the driver to the other port, which will take around 30min to reach and that for the extra service we asked to collect 200AED (bot Pound) from you. We regret that we were not able to provide the transfer but unfortunately, we can not agree that this was our mistake. For any one booking a transfer with us in future from one of the cruise liners, we suggest to double-check at which port your cruise liner will be docked to avoid similar issues with our future clients. We were going from the Dubai Cruise Terminal to a Hotel Our Driver was On time, safe and drove a very clean vehicle. Driver was waiting outside the cruise with a printed sign.
It was wonderful to get picked up after the cruise, it was quite warm so we didn’t have to wait long. The Dubai cruise terminal is huge and disembarkation was well organised. Bear in mind though, the driver may pull up at the other terminal about a 5min walk to your right, so make sure you have contact details just in case.

<p>Very professional driver. He had been held up for about 20-30 minutes at the checkpoint entrance to the Port of Dubai. We were in contact with the Tour company that assured us the driver was at the Port of Dubai. He was driving an extremely clean Lexus. Took us to our hotel, but could not find it as it was inside the Dubai International Airport. Stopped at another hotel across from Terminal 3 of Airport. Found out the hotel room at the International Airport Hotel would not be available when we needed it. We chose to stay in the new found hotel. They offered great service, courteous treatment and because room was ready. Great choice, and thanks to the efforts of the Viator driver. There is no fail when Viator is your guide in a foreign country.</p>
