Dubai Desert Safari: Quad Bike, Camel Ride and BBQ Dinner

Poorly organized. Had to show the guy what we had paid for and then still had to argue with him. Didnt get to sand slide , rode camel in the dark, only was getting 5 minutes on atvs but we ignored them. Food was marginal. Not impressed. 2.5 hours in the vehicle to start with as he tried to find the other 2 couples he was picking up

Mohsin Pathan was amazing, he is very friendly. I learned a lot of things about Dubai with him and he took some amazing pictures of us during the tour. The whole experience was amazing, very fun moments. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

An amazing day out on a day off with friends. Dawood, our driver, was very helpful from the moment he picked us up to the moment he dropped us back to our hotel. Everything was a first time experience and I’d 100% do it again. Great to do as a couple or a group and especially for those who are thrill seekers. A favourite was the Dune Bashing.

Dawood was an amazing driver over the dunes and we felt like we got a good amount of experiences for the money. There were upsell moments but that's just to be expected out here. The buffet in the evening was insanely delicious and there were free soft drinks too.

Amazing evening. Dawood was incredible no request was too much and did everything to make sure the experience went as smooth as possible. Great experience and great fun.

A very polite & personable guide, but an otherwise poor trip, plagued by perpetual upselling. Our guide was 2 hours late collecting us at 15:35, despite being told he was on his way at 13:40, against a 13:00 - 13:30 collection time. Of it weren’t for our hotel concierge phoning them, we would have almost certainly have been left in reception, waiting, for 2 1/2 hours. A long 75 min drive from Palm Jumeirah to the sand dunes, with a stop to reduce the tyre pressure. We were harassed by the shop staff to buy a headscarf and my Wife and your Daughter felt uncomfortable. 30 mins in the sand dunes, which the family enjoyed, and we were met with the falcon handler, who wanted cash (which we didn’t have) for a photograph. The package was meant to include that photography, hence we didn’t take additional cash. A 15 min drive to their camp and we’d booked a package to include a 25 min quad bike & camel ride. The camel ride was 20 metres / 90 seconds before we were offered the opportunity to upgrade, at more expense. The quad bike was a circle, with no interest, so could be navigated in 5 mins. Upgrade options available! The camp was spacious but, again, everything was, seemingly, excluded. Table service could be paid for and there were no fewer than 10 staff trying to sell fresh juice, perfume, local products, alcohol, and more thereafter. Our patience was running thin. The BBQ was poor, but some of the entertainment was excellent. A 75 min drive back to Palm Jumeirah. A long day and having paid for what we thought was as all inclusive package, we were left very disappointed. The upselling was as persistent and irritating. Others were equally disappointed and said so. My advice to the tour operator would be to offer a true all in price. We would still have paid for the trip and it wouldn’t then be necessary to ask for extra cash, perpetually.

Excellent experience with the golden care tourism we are very much enjoyed with the best food and camel ride and specially the desert safari ride on sand dunes by 4x4 Land cruiser
