Subject of the tour was really great - dunes, quads, sun, moon and desert. The country has a lot to offer. The arrangements were also characteristic of the customs and habits in the country. Don't expect smooth processes. I recommend to contact the tour operator well in time. Even though I did it several days before the tour, the host was in the crisis management mode all the way to the end of the tour. Operator asked us to reschedule to the next day a few hours before the arranged time which I politely accepted. "the car broke down on the way" The actual host was very kind but inexperienced, without speaking fair English. I felt that there was a very long chain if intermediaries between Tripadvisor and the actual host. At one point I had to enter a heated discussion because they did not know about my paid entry to the quad ride. It was eventually resolved after a few bazaar-like exchanges between me, the host and other important persons that normally should stay in the back office. We got less than half the time on the quad than booked though. Apparently, no one on the spot was aware what I booked exactly on the Tripadvisor site, voucher notwithstanding. Processes were not on the industrial level, however evening hospitality was, unfortunately. Should have been the other way around. Business was more important for the reps than the guests themselves. Put aside several dirhams mentally (as cash, of course) when you book on Tripadvisor. On the spot you will be invited to pay for "extra" services that you thought was included. Included alternatives were formally available though (except at the quad track). Whether you find that acceptable is really a matter of (western) flexibility. Don't forget to have fun, regardless!
