My mom, my kids, and I visited Dubai at the beginning of July. We had only one day in the city before taking another flight to our destination. I chose this company for our private tour because of its good reviews on TripAdvisor, and I'm so glad I did. The booking process was very easy. I was able to customize the tour while booking. All my requests were granted without any issues. On the day of the tour, our guide was promptly waiting at the agreed-upon hour. All my family absolutely loved the guide. Even my mom who speaks zero English was very pleased because the guide was very patient and allowed plenty of time for me to translate. He was so good with my kids and even gifted them souvenirs. He was very knowledgeable about the history and the culture of Dubai. Lastly, he made sure we always stay hydrated and safe. He provided water for the time of the tour and made sure we drank it and stayed in the shade whenever possible. The tour itself was very interesting and intense. We made plenty of stops for photos or short strolls. We visited a Mosque, rode a water taxi, peaked inside a traditional house, tried spices at the Spice Souk, and did plenty of other fun stuff. We never felt that we were hurried or that we were pressured to buy souvenirs at specific locations (I particularly appreciate this!). Overall, it was a perfect day in Dubai and the best way to see the city highlights when the time is so limited. I will definitely recommend this company.
