Exact pickup time will be confirmed by the local tour operator via WhatsApp. Make sure to provide the correct number when making a booking. Complimentary hotel pickup is available for most centrally located hotels in Dubai (City Tour, Desert Safari, and Abu Dhabi Tour). For the Dhow Dinner Cruise, free pickup is only provided from hotels in Deira and Bur Dubai. Travelers staying outside these areas must proceed directly to the boarding location (details will be provided after booking).

This desert safari was a good excusion. We enjoy the ride, the show was amazing and the food was delicious. Thanks to Nawaz, the driver! He is reliable and ponctual.
Been using their services for the last 4 years whenever I have guest coming home and they are all very happy. Nawaz is amazing.
For the price we expect better quality, punctuality and trust. The Abu Dhabi was the worst part of the tour, running late and lied to us about how take to the City.
Thank you for your feedback. The Abu Dhabi tour was arranged properly. Our guide reported you were not online and no response from you during pick-up time. As this is a shared tour, the driver cannot wait long for guests who are not ready in the lobby, and no response has been received. He moved to another pickup. We did send another driver to pick you up instead of treating it as a no-show. I want to highlight, that guest should be in contact with their local tour operator during pick-up time and always be ready at the lobby for pick-up, especially for a shared tour. Thank you
Tour guide Abbas made us comfortable and took good care of us throughout the tour. His photograph skills was also excellent. Thanks to him, I could make wonderful memories in the desert. I highly recommend him as a tour guide.

Two of the four excursions were great, the safari & the Dubai day tour. The dinner cruise & the Abu Dhabi tour we’re less than satisfactory.
Extremely hospitable chaperons, timely service, and unmatched prices made this experience a worthwhile one! Recommended to all for sure! Will organize another day trip with them when I visit Dubai/Abu Dhabi again.
