Do not book
This is a scam. They had us pay almost double for something that was already paid for and included in the price. Just go directly to the source it will be cheaper.
Operator response
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We would like to clarify that your reservation included round-trip transportation, VIP entry, and a reserved VIP table as described in the booking. Any minimum bottle purchase required to maintain the VIP table is a policy established by the venue, not by our company, and we do not receive those payments.
Our goal is always to provide accurate information and assist our guests throughout their experience. We regret that there was a misunderstanding regarding the club's bottle service policy and apologize for any frustration this caused.
We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve our communication with future guests.

The driver cancelled my...
The driver cancelled my reservation a few hours before my booking … he asked me for $250 to pay for a section but the booking states that a VIP table was already included with the booking and for the group so i told him i wouldn’t pay 250 just for me and 1 other person …. Now I’m stuck with no refund and a bad experience all because someone was money hungry
Operator response
Hi Queenshae,
We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Your reservation was canceled by our booking system, and we understand how frustrating that was, especially on the day of your planned experience. The additional amount mentioned was related to the nightclub's optional VIP section policy and was not required to receive the service included in your reservation.
We also want to clarify that all eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method according to the booking platform's refund policy.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Comments like yours help us improve our communication and service for future guests. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the experience we strive to deliver.
