Double Jet Ski In Playa Chica

Very good experience, recommended, although it is true that the speed limiter on the jet skis takes away some adrenaline-filled moments, but otherwise 10/10, also give credit to the gentleman who took me on the boat in Gran Canaria (Jose if I remember correctly) and Roman, very good people and perfect service.

Sadly our jet ski experience didn’t happen due to an error with the staff We asked for the jet ski safari - 45 mins. We were told this wasn’t available on the day we went. This wasn’t stated on their leaflet info, after getting a taxi there. We opted for the 20min jet ski duo. We went down some very dodgy slippery steps to the ocean, where people were snorkelling directly next to the boat where we were to board. We waited for about 15 mins for others to board. We then spent about another 10-15 mins going around the ocean to different points to various jet skis. Despite being the first to pay for tickets, we were the last ones on the boat and then they discovered there was no jet ski for us. We were told we were being dropped back to the start point (main office at shore) to sort out the mis-understanding) We were told by another staff member it was our fault that we’d boarded at the wrong time, despite being informed on payment that our time slot was 11:10am We opted to not wait for another slot after being messed about for so long but this company were unorganised and inefficient Disappointing experience Unsafe steps….no prior warning or safety notices to prepare you in advance Poor treatment by staff We were then told to return in sept when it was quieter! Unbelievable really!

I would not recommend the jet ski activity with Paracraft Lanzarote. Our family was very disappointed with our activity. First of all, it was not a jet ski tour like the usual activity nowadays. It was just circling cones in the ocean for 40 minutes. Very boring. However, the main issue was the actual jet ski. Each jet ski was fitted with a location device that automatically slowed the jet ski down if you came "near" another jet ski. I understand safety is very important. However, this was an absolute joke. Our activity basically consisted of us trying to get some speed up in the middle of an ocean, only to be slowed down at each try. The shocking thing was, no other jet ski was anywhere near us. Even when other jet skis were 20/30 metres away, our jet ski was slowed down. It ruined the fun completely! I have never experienced this before when doing a jet ski activity.

Moderately organized, a guide is missing, we were a bit lost regarding the route. I do not recommend...

Staff were so nice and informative. Had no issues what so ever. My daughter and I went twice. Definitely recommend Paracraft and we will be back next year. So much fun. Thank you.

Incredible experience, the lady on reception was lovely, instructions were clear and staff were very friendly. If you book the 20 minute jet ski it does go very quick (around four laps depending how fast you go)! Also the staff take great photos, and they’re reasonably priced too!

Perfect day out in sunny Lanzarote

I rarely write reviews, unless I feel strongly one way or another, unfortunately was fairly disappointed with the 20 minute jet ski ride at Playa Chica. Once we had been taken on the rib to the jet skis, they gave us the normal instructions, and said that the jet skis power will drop off if you’re within 100 M of another ski, so any overtaking had to be 100M away, which although sounded far, didn’t feel this would be an issue. However, the ski would not allow any overtaking, and actually created a bottleneck for all to the person in front. If you are hoping for a casual jet ski ride, this will be fine, but if you’re after some fun, try elsewhere.

Awesome experience Jet Skiing in Marina Rubicon. Staff were very accommodating- went out their way to make sure we can participate in the activity, especially as we arrived a little late as we lost our way. No prior experience needed. Super helpful and friendly guide (Lenoy), showed us clearly how to use the double Jet Ski and made us feel very safe on the water by leading the way on a separate boat. He gave us the option of switching seats during the activity to take turns driving. We booked a 45-min slot and found that 20 minutes of driving each was perfect for us. Would recommend wearing goggles/ sunglasses as a lot of salty water can get in your eyes. They take photos for you for an additional €20 or if you take your own, we would suggest using a water-proof phone case. This activity was a real highlight!
