Elite of the seas at the Ha Long Bay, is the best gift you can give to yourself to relax, rewind and rejuvenate. The services at the cruise, and the activities planned are really well thought. It keeps you engaged throughout and experiences are immersive. The staff is very well behaved and are really hospitable. Each member adds attention to your requirements. Special Thanks to Quy (A.K.A Alex) for making our every meal enjoyable and memorable, his service was impeccable. He addressed us with our names which made it all the more special. To Kelly as well for sharing so much about the area and explaining us everything. This really made us understand more and made it worth remembering. Elite of the Seas is a true luxury on sea.

Our stay on Elite of the Seas was absolutely phenomenal! Every detail has been thoughtfully considered and executed to perfection. The service throughout the entire experience was exceptional. We were incredibly lucky to have Kevin as our butler. He was so warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful, always anticipating what we might need before we even had to ask. His friendly smile and wonderful attitude made such a difference to our stay. A special shoutout to Tony, the customer service liaison, who was an absolute legend! He brought such a great energy to the cruise and was always around to make sure everything was running smoothly. He was incredibly approachable, helpful and made us feel so well looked after from start to finish. And of course, the views were spectacular at every turn. Cruising through Ha Long Bay and waking up surrounded by such incredible scenery was truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend Elite of the Seas to anyone considering a cruise around Ha Long Bay. The ship, the service, the food and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful time on our cruise. Kevin our butler and Tony our concierge were both helpful and kind. The entire staff made sure our stay was comfortable and fun. I would highly recommend booking a cruise with them.

The experience here is simply perfect. Everything is perfect. The food here is excellent. The food is cooked by a chef of Michelin level. There was a karaoke night and we sat and did fishing, a really cool experience, highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience aboard Elite of the Seas in Ha Long Bay! From the moment we stepped on board, everything was beautifully organized, the ship was elegant and comfortable, and the scenery of Ha Long Bay was simply breathtaking. A special mention goes to our wonderful butler, Alex, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, professional, and always made sure that we had everything we needed. His warm and thoughtful service truly made our experience even more special. The food, service, facilities, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. We especially enjoyed being able to relax and take in the spectacular views while experiencing such a high level of hospitality. Thank you to the entire Elite of the Seas team, and especially to Alex, for making our time in Ha Long Bay so memorable. We would absolutely recommend this cruise and hope to come back one day!
