Discover Scuba Diving your first underwater experience

Really great experience. Check in was easy, a firm to fill.in with health stuff if course. Then introduced to our instructor, Orio (hope I've spelt that correctly). We got our wetsuits and boots on and he took us through the safety stuff and gear operation very professionally. Off to the water for a few safety checks at 5m before swimming with the fishes! Loved it. Ori was checking on us the whole time and pointing out things to see. Great experience. Very seriously looking to take it on further. BTW, Binibeca Duving appeared to be well set up for more experienced divers too.

Writing Put your big girl pants on and GO! 🤿😂 My very first scuba dive — and I can confirm that despite having absolutely no idea what my flippers were doing, I survived, I remembered to breathe, and I LOVED it! From the minute we arrived, there was such a warm welcome from the reception desk. Our instructor, Ore was brilliant — patient, kind, reassuring and completely relaxed… even when I most definitely wasn’t! 😳 I’d never done anything remotely like scuba diving before, so there were definitely a few moments of “What on earth am I doing down here?!” But I felt safe and supported throughout, and once I got over the minor detail of being UNDER WATER and BREATHING, it was just incredible. Flipper control: questionable. Grace and elegance: zero. Remembering to breathe: SUCCESS! 😂 If you’ve ever fancied trying scuba but felt nervous, this is your sign. Put your big girl pants on, trust the lovely people looking after you, and GO! 🤿🐠 An absolutely brilliant first diving experience — thank you for getting this nervous newbie under the water and back up again smiling! I may even look for PADI in Ireland!?

For anybody thinking they’d like to experience the under water wonders of the Mediterranean, Binibeca Diving should be your first choice. Beautiful location, fantastic staff, great facilities and top class equipment. I completed the PADI Open Water course at Binibeca last year and absolutely loved the whole experience. I’ve returned to the island again this year and done two dives around Lizard Island. The visibility has been excellent and the variety of marine life I’ve seen has been extraordinary. I can’t recommend Binibeca Diving any more highly.

My teenage daughter and I did a Discover Scuba Diving course with Binibeca Diving having done a Try Dive with them the previous year. We had an incredible time. Friendly, supportive teachers who were focused on making sure we had a safe and positive experience. The dives were out of this world. We left feeling confident and desperate to do our next dive with them. Highly recommend - for those who have never dived all the way through to experienced divers.
