Nothing great
It was only ok for the price. There are less expensive tours that probably offer more. We felt kind of ripped off and barely saw much. Lastly, Barbara would smoke while we walked around , specifically while we ate cannoli. Not appropriate!

Dear customer. When purchasing a tour, it would be best to read the itinerary to know in advance what to see, so as not to be disappointed. However, the tour you chose is among the most rich, including some of the city's most beautiful churches, the Jewish Quarter, the cathedral, a historic market, and the opera house. I think you wouldn't have seen more , with other tourist services. Barbara is also one of the most talented, competent, and friendly tour guides you can meet in Palermo. If she smoked, she will have done so in a place where it is permitted. I doubt she did that on your food.

Great guide
Barbara was a great guide. Very informative and personable. She told us lots of interesting facts and history as we walked around Palermo. Perfect for us. Her English was very good. Would recommend.

Palermo walking tour
A very in depth history of Palermo. We hit all of the important sites. Marcel was very knowledgeable and personable. The tour was spaced out well so you had time to ask questions and take pictures

Terrible Service and would never recommend this your tour to anyone visiting Palermo - the worst!
Not even 1 star - the guide never turned up and on calling the tour provider they hung up the phone twice on me while trying to find the guide. After 2 weeks in Malta and Sicily and many Tours via Viator worst experience EVER and have requested a full refund - absolutely awful service levels - i.e NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!! So would not recommend this tour at all!!

Tour cancelled with no explanation
Very disappointed. We had an email yesterday, saying that our Tour tomorrow is cancelled. No explanation given. Very poor customer service. Little to no time for me and my three family members to find an alternative.

In the heart of Catania
Very nice tour in the hearth of Palermo, with facts about the city and the monasteries in the center. Vi visited couple of churches and a monaster, a busy street market and the house with the palm tree. The guide explained everything in great detail. I would definitely recommend this tour!
