Discover Basel’s most Photogenic Spots with a Local

We had a very nice visit touring the sights of Basel. The history we discussed was extremely valuable into our understanding of the area and the region. I would say our guide was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We would recommend this for a few hours to understand the area and learn to navigate the city better

Our guide Guygu, gave us a great personalised tour of Basel, showing the best spots for photos, while explaining the history and providing great local tips. We were lucky enough to have Guygu to ourselves so we got to ask all the questions we needed and she helped us find our way around. Definitely would recommend if you like your photos to have an extra flair.

Duygu was an excellent guide. The tour was very relaxed and informative. I had a wonderful experience on this tour through the center of Basel.

Although not what I had expected - a photographer who would show me the best places to capture memories - this was really good and the end result exceeded my expectations. When we indicated we had a walking tour of Basel the day before, she altered her plan and took us to places we had not seen - and photographs I would never have gotten on my own. I highly recommend this!

Basel is a fantastic location for a city break, particularly for those who are interested in photographing modern architecture. Right in the centre there are notable buildings by world renowned architects. An easy tram ride also gets you to the Novartis Campus, which is like stepping into a modern architecture textbook, and just over the border in Germany, the Vitra Campus. There are architectural tours of both sites - whilst the Novartis Campus is open to visitors during business hours, most of the Vitra Campus can only be seen via the tour (which is excellent).

Basel has many very unique sights to see and we really enjoyed this tour that highlighted them. Our tour guide, Alistair, did a wonderful job of taking us to the unique spots and sharing the city from his point of view. I would recommend this tour especially if you don't have very much time to explore Basel on your own.

This was an AMAZING experience to see the city from unique perspective! Maria called us before the booking we adjusted a little the schedule to weather conditions so we could get perfect shots of Basel! We will be back next winter.
