We want to assure you and all future guests that safety is always our first concern. Our Captain is highly experienced and would never leave the harbour if sea conditions posed a risk. While we understand the feeling of motion can be more pronounced on a catamaran, the actual sea state during your trip had waves of approximately 0.5 meters. The harbour was not closed, and the conditions were well within safe operating limits. We note your comments about the discomfort during the initial ride. We specifically alter our route to find the most comfortable water, which is why we steered toward the second and more sheltered harbour. At this location, the sea was much calmer, and you were able to relax and enjoy the three-course meal prepared by our famous chef, just as you had booked. We appreciate that you left a generous tip for the captain and crew—this gesture suggests that you were satisfied with the service and the dinner itself. On the return trip to the main harbour, the sea had also become much calmer and more relaxed. We agree that our tours are an exceptional experience in calmer seas, and we regret that the initial sea motion detracted from your overall enjoyment.
