Charles & Sonya were delightful guides. Audio earbuds worked great. They were sensitive to the group’s needs for pace, restrooms, hydration, and safety. Charles is knowledgeable and is Bahamian, so he shared his country and city with pride and answered questions off the cuff. All was wonderful!

Our Dilly Dally Bahama walking tour was absolutely wonderful! Charles and Sonya were the best tour guides and made us feel like family from the very beginning. We loved the laid-back pace of the tour. Even though it’s a walking tour, it was at a comfortable pace for all ages, with plenty of opportunities to stop, rest, and take everything in. We visited so many interesting historical and cultural spots, including the chocolate factory, wine tasting, rum distillery, and an art gallery. Each stop added something special to the experience, and Charles and Sonya made everything fun and informative. The tour ended at the Straw Market, which was perfect for doing some souvenir shopping. We truly enjoyed every minute of this experience. We had a wonderful time. We were a few minutes late due to unexpected traffic and miscalculation of distance on our end and the staff was nice enough to wait for us. We learned so much about the island. You’ll definitely get all of your steps in. I highly recommend.

We enjoyed the tour lots of interesting information to hear and see . You will spend more time outside on the tour and less time inside air conditioned buildings thus plan accordingly. We purchased frozen wine drinks from the winery and it really helped cooling us off in the heat we also enjoyed fried conch bites, tacos and chicken wings purchased outside of the rum distillery. The tour guides were amazing Sonya and Mr C.

Charles was incredibly knowledgeable, and we learned so many interesting and fun facts about the Bahamas that we never would have known otherwise. The tour was the perfect mix of history, culture, and local insights, and it was also a great way to get our steps in while exploring. We never felt rushed, and the entire tour felt safe, relaxed, and engaging. We especially appreciated that Charles and Sonia didn't cancel the tour even though it ended up being just the two of us. That level of dedication meant a lot and made the experience feel like a private VIP tour. As this was our first time visiting the Bahamas, my son and I wanted to find an informative and interesting tour to help us get to know the area of Nassau. We found a true gem. Charles and his lovely wife treated us like old friends coming to visit. They were so friendly and engaging throughout the whole tour, and I felt like we learned so much. Charles is an amazing storyteller and really brought the history of this place to life through his personal experiences. They were both incredibly knowledgeable about local history, information about the buildings and businesses we stopped at, and added special touches about local traditions, sayings, and preferences. We were offered bottled water along the way, the pace was perfect, and the walking was very doable. We stopped at the Queen’s Staircase, a winery in the Italian section of the city ( wine sample) , a chocolate factory where we received a treat (the guava duff and keylime were excellent), and an art gallery. We also toured a rum factory where we bought a refreshing frozen drink. We saw the oldest building in the city, the American Embassy, the governor’s mansion, the Greek section, and then ended at the Staw Market shopping area. My son and I were lucky enough to have a private tour, but any small group would have the same lovely experience, I’m sure. I highly recommend this tour if you want to truly get to know the local culture and history of this lovely city with two of the best tour guides I’ve ever experienced. Our tour was three hours long, and we enjoyed every minute of it.

The experience was great! We did it on our first full day and in the tour we saw everything listed and more!! It was a great introduction to the place and the couple guiding us were very kind and worked together to provide my group the best experience. The Meeting location is easy to find and since our group was small it lasted about 2 hours. Totally worth the money. I felt safe and had fun! Best for anyone!!!
