Diani Taxi and Airport Transfers

Roy and team were amazing! Prompt pick up on our arrival at the airport with clear communication and someone to help you as you exit the arrivals area. Spacious, clean vehicles and knowledgeable, helpful information from Roy en route to the hotel. We organised a day tour to Mombasa through Roy and even though he wasn't available personally, he ensured we were taken care of by his team whom again were timeous and communicated pick up. We then arranged pick up from our hotel at the end of our stay to be taken to the airport and yet again a seamless experience. Fantastic customer service with the nicest, most knowledgeable guys. Would recommend Roy and his team to absolutely anyone traveling to Diani beach and looking for someone reliable and that you can feel safe with

Amazing experience dealing with Roy. We had 2 airport transfers and also an excursion. Upon arrival into Mombasa our driver Simon was waiting for us with a sign. Very professional service and he took us to Diani. He was very knowledgeable about the area and also gave us many suggestions. Our return trip to the airport was with Chris and he was also very punctual and got us to the airport safe and sound. After coming off 5 days of safaris in Nairobi we wanted a relaxing break and asked Roy to arrange a day out for us. This consisted of the giraffe sanctuary and a tour around old town in Mombasa. Excellent service throughout and we even got a tour of a woodworking factory where they make ornaments and animals. We purchased loads at a wholesale price from the shop at the factory. Overall exceptional service from Roy and his team.
