If you are not staying in Waikiki, a free parking lot is available at 2805 Monsarrat Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815. Please park there and walk to the Queen Kapiolani Hotel for shuttle pick-up. Be on time, as the shuttle will not wait for late arrivals. After booking, please contact Kaimana Tours to confirm your pick-up location and time. International travelers without a U.S. mobile number should provide their hotel room number. We will try to reach you 24 hours before your tour; if we cannot contact you, the shuttle may not be able to operate. Please wait outside of the hotel your pick-up was assigned to. The driver has multiple stops, so you may not be the first or last pick-up of the day. Allow a 5–10 minute window for arrival, and if the driver hasn’t arrived by then, please give us a call. Great hike! Bring lots of water and pace yourself. Our driver, Matthew, was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Local pickup and transport to Diamond Head and he even provided water when he picked us up after the hike. Great experience!

Pickup, was easy and nice. The hike war very good.
We loved the crater and the views. Go early though. If you forget reservations, you can scan a QR code at the bus stop inside the crater. The people attending the bus stop were very friendly and helpful.

We booked this experience because they picked us up near our Waikiki hotel. The driver/guide was very friendly and gave us some tips on what to do during the hike. Admission to the park was also covered by the tour. The hike itself was nice, although may have worn a moisture wicking shirt because you will sweat getting up to the top. There are a lot of unpaved, uneven surfaces, but proper footwear helps. The view from the top was amazing! The morning was a bit foggy over the water, so we couldn't see some of the views mentioned on the signs. Either way, it's worth the hike up. Once the hike was over, the return pick-up was in the same spot that the drop off was and they took us back to where we got on the bus to begin with. Great deal for a fun and beautiful morning hike to start the day.

Great tour guide, very friendly and informative. Guide for snorkeling was very patient, gave detailed instructions and helped in the water. Swam with lots of turtles and plenty of time to experience each stop.
