Super convenient!
Great way to visit outlet mall. Gucci store was the best and Prada was second best. Great selection. Comfy bus ride and easy pick up and drop off

A relaxed shopping trip from the city centre directly to Parndorf – without any hassle and without changing trains.
I would like to thank you very much for the excellent service. Everything worked perfectly, from professional advice to uncomplicated bookings to punctual departures and return journeys. The bus was very clean and comfortable, which made the ride particularly enjoyable. Big praise also to the team for the kindness. Overall an all-round positive experience – highly recommended! Thank you so much!

Comfortable bus journey
This bus runs from the opposite side of the street to the Opera house. It’s a simple service with comfortable buses. Make sure you book ahead of time as my return bus was full and turned away people as they hadn’t booked. It would be better if they offered more times.
Operator response
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you found the service simple and the buses comfortable. We appreciate your suggestion about offering more departure times — this is valuable input, and we’ll share it with our scheduling team for review. We also appreciate your reminder for other passengers to book in advance, as services can fill up quickly. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with us! Kind regards, your Vienna Sightseeing Team

Pure rip-off!
We've been driving here for years, but in the last year it's been getting more and more usury. All products, including Douglas!!! are more expensive than in the real stores. You're kidding me! I don't need an outlet if I can get everything cheaper at home. The opticians are the worst, so no glasses are worth it there. It used to be great, now it's just a rip-off.
Operator response

Worth going
We went in the promotion week, where we got an extra 20% of the reduced prices, so were well pleased with our purchases 😁, only thing is one doesn't have enough time to explore when going with the shuttle bus, as the outlet centre is way too big for the time limit.

Worst experience ever
Don’t you ever trust viator they confirmed to me that pick up after visiting the outlet is 4:30 as mentioned in the photo but bus left at 4:00 and I paid 100 euro to take Uber They rejected the refund request although it is their mistake

Not very pleasant bus organization but the shopping is good
The lady that was checking the tickets was rude and the driver was in a rush. Not well organized but was on time.

Shopping was great. Lots of nice items to buy.
Bus driver didnt give us clear instruction on the pick-up area. He’s not approachable especially to foreigners.

Day excursion to designer outlet
Huge outlet with numerous designer brands for all tastes and wallets. On average discounts range from 30-50% of RRP. Definitely need to spend several hours to see the outlet, best to plan ahead before visiting.

Bus left us at the outlet
Bus didn’t take us back in Viena. The Driver did not have a QR scanner and required a paper ticket. he left us at the outlet. we were forced to call a taxi and pay 100 euros :(
