Excellent service
Joaquin did a fantastic job getting us to and from the Cancún airport. He was prompt, courteous, and very friendly. The ice cold wash cloth and Corona beer for the ride was much appreciated. Second time using STP and will use again.

Timely and professional service from Hotel to Airport
Our driver Jose was at our hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick up which we always appreciate when a flight is involved. He was professional and kind.

Will definitely book again!!!!
Our drivers José De La Cruz and Eric were great!! They were both friendly and accommodating. The van was also clean and comfortable. Both were good drivers and were felt safe. We will definitely be booking with this company again!! Very pleasant experience. Oh and both were on time for our pickups!!!! Excellent service!!!

Five star experience
We had an amazing ride with our private driver Alonso from Playa del Carmen to Cancun airport. He arrived right on time in a spotless Mercedes van, fully stocked with refreshing towels, ice-cold water, and even cold cerveza—exactly what we needed for a smooth and relaxing trip. Alonso was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel first-class. Highly recommend!

Girls trip!
Safe, easy, and worth the expense. The ride was comfortable. We had no problem getting picked up at 4 am. Our driver was even early!
