At the end of your visit we will return you to your cruise ship in time for its departure. You can also choose to stay longer in the city and take a taxi back to the port.

Itinerary
You will be greeted at the port of Helsinki by our professional tour guide. We will then board our comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle to begin your city sightseeing adventure.
After leaving the port, you will enjoy a panoramic drive. Our first short stop will be at the famous Sibelius Monument, a unique sculpture made of hundreds of steel pipes honoring the great Finnish composer Jean Sibelius.
We’ll make a quick stop at the iconic Olympic Stadium, the main venue of the 1952 Summer Olympics and a proud symbol of Finnish sporting history.
During our panoramic drive, we will pass by the impressive Parliament Building, the National Museum, and the grand Opera House.
Enjoy a short photo stop at Oodi, Helsinki’s stunning modern library and cultural hub, located right in the heart of the city.
We will also pass by the Central Railway Station, known for its striking architecture and iconic clock tower.
You will see the Uspenski Cathedral, the largest Orthodox church in Western Europe, perched above the harbor with beautiful views.
We will drive past the elegant Presidential Palace, the official residence used by the President of Finland for state functions and receptions.
Next, you'll enjoy a walking tour through the bustling Market Square. You'll see the Helsinki Cathedral and the historic Senate Square, then stroll down the charming Esplanadi promenade, lined with cafés, boutiques, and historic buildings.
At the end of the sightseeing, you will have some free time for shopping and food, by the spectacular divine female statue of Havis Amanda the most beloved monument in all of Finland!
We’ll conclude the tour with a smooth ride back to your cruise ship, ensuring a timely return. You can also choose to stay longer in the city and take a taxi back to the port.

The trip had its ups and downs. There was a lengthy stop at a library and a huge rush for shopping/eating. I would have gladly foregone the library tour for more time experencing the local food scene.

Good tour. Lots of great history and facts. Lucas was very knowledgeable but sometimes we passed a site before he told us about it.

Lucas was very knowledgeable and we hot to see a lot of the area. The bus was comfortable and the pace of walking was good.

Our guide was interesting and informative. We vert much enjoyed our stops and interesting fact about Finland and Helsinki.
We had a great day exploring Helsinki with George as our guide. The tour was well planned out and gave us a good mix of sightseeing, local history, and free time to enjoy the city. We especially enjoyed finishing the day at the food market, which was a great way to experience some local flavours. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Helsinki
The tour included quite a bit of sightseeing from the comfort of our sprinter van. The driver was very safe and efficient, and our guide, Tanya, was awesome. She provided so many interesting facts and a lot of fun commentary. She pointed out a lot of key things along the ride and also lead us on several walking portions of the tour. She did a great job explaining Finland history, as well insights on the current state for the country.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I hope this helps others. This tour was not a good experience. To begin with the van we were in had very low windows that mass it difficult to take pictures. Considering this was a mostly driving tour (pass by) most of the sights, and we passed by quickly, we got very few good pictures. Or guide was pleasant but gave us very little in the way of the historical perspective of Finland. The Oodi Library was the highlight of the tour. As an example, while at the Oodi I asked the tour guide about a sculpture across from the library and what it represented. He responded “It is art”. Based on what we saw and experienced on this tour, we would not return to Finland. We do not recommend this tour.

Excellent guide gave us a full history of Finland and took us to some very interesting places. The library was fabulous. He even gave us some Finnish chocolate to try 😋

Very knowledgeable guide. He was receptive to individual requests. Only negative- this group was hard to find in a very busy port since he did not have a sign identifying the tour. Also difficult to follow him on crowded streets. A sign or identifiable outfit would have helped.
