We are also sorry that the unexpected coach issue prevented the planned visit to Arachova. As you kindly mentioned, this was an unforeseen situation, and we appreciate your understanding. Regarding the pickup, we would also like to clarify how the process works. During the booking process, Viator allows travelers to enter their preferred pickup location. However, operationally it is not possible for the coach to stop at every hotel or private address in Athens. For this reason, once we receive the guest’s accommodation details, we arrange the nearest available pickup point within our operating route. We are sorry that this caused inconvenience and an additional transfer cost for you, and we truly appreciate you mentioning it in such a fair and constructive way.
