Delphi - Exploring Greece’s Ancient Past

When I realized I needed airport and cruise port transfers, I booked Athens Taxi Wagon as he was reasonably priced and the glowing reviews. Alexis did not disappoint. He had a smile on his face every moment we spent with him, had wonderful engaging conversations with him and truly enjoyed our time together. Alexis has so much knowledge to share about his city and it's history. Book him and enjoy his company!

My sister and I traveled to Greece in October 2025 and decided to book with Athens Taxi Wagon after a personal recommendation and reading many great reviews. From the very beginning, everything felt easy and well organized, which made a huge difference for our trip. We booked three full day excursions to Delphi, Argolis, and Olympia, plus a half day trip to the Temple of Poseidon. Alexis was our driver for all four tours, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. He was professional, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. We felt comfortable with him right away and truly enjoyed spending our days exploring Greece together. What we loved most was how relaxed the entire experience felt. There was no stress about planning, timing, or logistics. Alexis handled everything so smoothly that all we had to do was enjoy the scenery and the history around us. On the drives, he shared fascinating stories about Greek history and mythology, which really helped bring each site to life once we arrived. His storytelling made the places feel meaningful rather than just something to check off a list. We also appreciated how well he managed our time. We never felt rushed, yet we always saw everything we wanted to see. He explained how long most visits usually take but always made it clear that we could stay longer if something really caught our interest. That flexibility made the tours feel personal and unhurried. One highlight was our trip to Aegina Island. Alexis took care of all the ferry details and timing, and once on the island he drove us to several beautiful spots so we could really experience it instead of just passing through. It felt like traveling with someone who genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience. Athens Taxi Wagon also arranged our early morning airport transfer on our final day. Having that organized in advance gave us great peace of mind, especially with such an early pickup time. Overall, this was one of the best travel decisions we made in Greece. Athens Taxi Wagon truly took care of everything, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. I would recommend Alexis and his team without hesitation to anyone visiting Greece.

A group of 4 (two couples) travelled by air conditioned mini bus to Delphi for the day. Comfortable drive through beautiful mountains, friendly driver who was flexible and happy to answer questions. We loved Delphi monument and the museum and we had a delicious lunch (restaurant recommendation by the driver)in Delphi village. All in all an excellent day out

Had such a great experience right Alexis!! He was truly amazing. We had multiple transfers with him during our trip and he made each one of them so seamless. We never waited or had a hard time communicative. In fact, he was extra communicative with us, which made everything so much easier. He even accommodate some of our rides when they were last minute! He really went above and beyond and I would 1000% recommend him to anyone going to Greece. Will definitely come back and work with him again!
