Was a very good experience. Nader gave us a background regarding our Camel population and their origins in Australia. Quite informative information and pleasant person to interact with. Recommend this activity. Safety brief conducted well.

A Highlight of our Darwin Trip
We had such a wonderful time on our camel ride at Mindil Beach. It was such a fun and memorable experience, and the camels were relaxed and just gorgeous. The tour operators were fantastic. Friendly and professional and made us feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. Riding along Mindil Beach on the back of a camel was definitely a highlight of our holiday. I highly recommend this experience if you’re visiting Darwin.

We absolutely loved our camel ride along Mindil Beach. It was such a memorable experience, and one we’ll look back on and talk about often I’m sure. The operators were excellent, friendly, and professional, with a wealth of camel knowledge making us feel completely at ease. You could see how loved and well cared for the camels are. A great experience that we would happily recommend.

We took a 45 minute camel ride on Mindil Beach with Darwin Camel Rides. We were very fortunate to be the only ones on our tour so we got a very personalised experience. Very friendly and attentive and the camels were all very well behaved. Really enjoyed the ride along the beach, with plenty of commentary provided. Highly recommended.

What a fabulous addition Darwin Camel Rides at the Mindil Markets. The owner was very helpful when I needed to change the time of my ride after booking. My camel, Dustin, was very well behaved. There was a mum with 2 children in our group and the children were so excited. A great experience and a must do. JG Qld
