I requested for the driver to come to Danang Airport to pick us up at 1030am. We arrived earlier, but he was already there at the airport waiting, which was a relief. We got to the hotel without issue. He never asked for tips. It was all in all smooth going.

We reserved the night before and they confirmed early in the morning, the driver was punctual and the car was fine for 2 people, just as a recommendation, a stronger air conditioning would have been nice since it felt a bit warm, and relaxing music for the trip would have been even better, everything else was fine, thank you.
Communication is excellent. It felt reassuring that they are responding via Whatsapp within a short period. I had an error on the arrival time I initially submitted but they accommodated the correction without any complications. The driver was waiting at the exit with our name so he was easy to find, even though the arrival time was 30 mins delayed than scheduled. The ride was good and fast. There were some face mask left by other passengers (I think) when we got in but I don’t mind much. Overall very good.
