Interesting but bad guide
We have heard that it really depends on the guide, but unfortunately our guide was just very unfriendly. He thought he was funny by constantly telling us how bad we were at spotting animals, spiders, insects and so on. He only replied to questions very briefly, and if someone answered one of his questions incorrectly, the person could even get insulted. I think the fact that three groups left the 1.5-hour walk early says it all.

An Anazing Experience
I have to say the passion shown by the guide was contagious and so informative. I would recommend this tour to anyone who has any interest in the rainforest and wildlife. I assure you that I would do this tour again over and over again

Immersive Experience
Kane was an incredibly informed guide, a local whos family has been in the Daintree for generations. The experience highlighted the importance of conservation and biodiversity. He was also very respectful towards to First Nations people who have called the Daintree home for 40,000+ years. Highly recommend if you really want to immerse in the nature.

Good but large group
Good walk at night. This is a large group so difficult at times to see what's going on. Not very personalized.

Highly recommend. One of the highlights of our trip. Jason was very personable, funny, knowledgeable. He made everyone feel very welcome, even with a large group, he made sure to engage with everyone.

Amazing experience. It’s not so much about seeing the forest but feeling the forest. The guide was incredible. So passionate and knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you’re ever in this beautiful part of the world
