Got to the boat in Agia Anna port for 8.30am . Drinks available as you boarded . We left just before 9am It was a good 2 hours before our first stop . But a nice little bay for a swim . Paulina did her best to Mingle with guests and music was very mixed for all nationalities . Food was good. But you had to balance it on your knees along with your drink . No tables to sit at Seating extremely uncomfortable for the length of time you are sat down on the boat Koufanasia was beautiful and we had 2 hours there . A stop on the way back to Rinas cave was lovely but I felt rushed . Ladders were difficult to use getting in and out of the sea . It was then a long journey back could have done with another stop to break the journey . The sea was very choppy . Music stopped and people were screaming because they were getting wet from the waves .(dramatic) Others were being sick and the crew had disappeared. Not an enjoyable journey back . Would book again but was way to choppy and too much time on the boat . Seats were extremely uncomfortable. A
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are truly grateful that, despite the difficult sea conditions, you would still consider joining us again. We are also happy to hear that you enjoyed Koufonissia, the swimming stops, the food, and that you appreciated Paulina’s effort to interact with our guests. Regarding the return journey, unfortunately the sea can become quite choppy in the Cyclades, especially during the afternoon when the wind increases. We completely understand that this can make the journey less comfortable, particularly for guests who are sensitive to the waves. We also appreciate your comments regarding the seating and the way lunch is served. Your feedback is valuable to us and will be taken into consideration as we continue improving the experience on board. Thank you again for choosing to spend your day with us and for your honest feedback. We hope to welcome you back on a calmer sea and give you an even more enjoyable experience next time! 🌊☀️
We had a great day on the cruise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the boat seems to have been fully booked, it didn't feel overcrowded. The stay at Koufonisia seems to be very popular with other cruises and ferries, so it was very busy. The lunch was delicious and plenty, same for all kinds of drinks. People seem to read about arriving at the boat early: we arrived 1 hour prior to deparur, and the boat was already half full. We left 30 min prior to the departure time, as all guests were on board already. Seating on the starboard side of the boat provides more shade, however on the way back with increasing wind we got sprayed quite a bit. A light rain jacket would have made the return a little more comfortable. The swimming beaches and the cave were fantastic. Overall, lots of fun and highly recommended.
My family loved this experience. The staff was terrific and so good with our gluten allergy! Highly recommend.
Very nice day! Very friendly people and the lunch on board was top! The stops were also very nice and definitely recommended. The way back is a lot of boating, but definitely recommended. No criticism, we knew this ourselves, but the transport to Agia Anna we had to arrange ourselves. Pick up service would be welcome.
Onboard staff very helpful and very attentive. Good food Very beautiful excursions You must absolutely bring a windproof and waterproof jacket for the sea waves on the way back.
Positive notes: Excursion absolutely to be done in a wonderful place. Kind onboard staff. Excellent lunch. Negative notes: The boat was really too crowded, you are packed like sardines and if you end up in a walkway area you are uncomfortable. Since you spend more time sailing than swimming, it would be important to travel comfortably.
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful destinations, found our crew friendly, and liked the lunch on board. It means a lot to us that you considered the excursion worth doing. We are also sorry to hear that you did not find the seating as comfortable as you would have liked. We understand that comfort during the longer sailing sections is important, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is very valuable to us and will help us continue improving the experience for our guests. Thank you again for joining us, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back on board for an even more enjoyable experience! 🌊☀️
Great value for money, good food, great tour, Koufulissi is beautiful, rina cave is great, it is little long to each location
Great day out on the water with a fun group and helpful staff and other guests. Stops at Koufonisi, the cave, and the private beach were amazing with water that was so refreshing.
A wonderful excursion. The team welcomed everyone with a good mood and also kept the spirits high throughout the trip. You should be there in time to secure good seats.
We enjoyed the places we visited. The hosts on the boat were wonderful and welcoming. The food was delicious. But the boat overly packed and the trip felt long. I would’ve opted to skip the rocky beach and spend more time on Koufinisia!
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful places we visited, our welcoming crew, and the food on board. 😊 Regarding the number of guests, we completely understand your comment. August is peak season in the Cyclades, and demand for our cruise is particularly high during this period. We do our best to provide a pleasant experience for everyone on board while maintaining the highest possible level of service. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the time spent at Koufonissia. The itinerary is carefully planned to include the different swimming stops and Rina Cave, but we truly value your feedback and will keep it in mind. Thank you again for joining us and for your kind words about our team. We hope to welcome you back on board in the future! 🌊☀️
