Daily Cappadocia Tour from Istanbul

We of course paid in advance for this tour. We got up at 3 A.M. for 4 A.M. pick up which was with a driver that did not speak English, or any tour guide. The email that was sent to us had 4 attachments, all in Turkish, which we of course could not read. The hotel concierge called the tour group listed and each of the three times got no answer. When we got to the airport, no one knew anything about this tour or where we should go. We went as far as to get boarding passes, went to the gate and still no tour guide. We ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel and had a wasted day in Turkey. Apparently, we were supposed to guess that the your guide would meet us in Cappadocia after flying there ourselves! Viator did not stand behind us for this and additionally wasted our money. This was not the only tour that fell through. I will no long go through Viator for any tour.
