The service was beautiful and the superintendent brother Suri I thought he was nice, helpful and helpful but unfortunately the plan of the trip was not good we traveled to the exchange by pass and is supposed to be a better ferry or ship and also a lot of stops and moves in shops and places. Our time enjoying the snow and the Olodag mountains was too short and limited.. Overall a good experience but please take note and thanks

Tour guide Mellisa was very knowledgeable and very organised. She spoke fluent English, Turkish and Punjabi. She was kind and respectful and catering to all. She went out of her way to help us purchase attractions and guide us through any problems we had. She made sure everyone was taken care of and well fed.
