After a long journey by car, when we arrived, the snorkeling time was too short. Besides, we wasn't snorkeling at 3pool but at another spot. I didn't see any beautiful corals or fish either. During this process, there is also a shopping session at the gift shop. No one did any shopping either. We just spent 40 minutes there. I feel the cost-effectiveness is not high and I haven't achieved the expected results in DAHAB Especially in snorkeling.

However, we would like to clarify that the excursion was not only a snorkeling trip. The full program included Salama Canyon, quad biking, camel riding, Jeep safari, lunch, and snorkeling at the Three Pools area, all of which were provided as scheduled. We would also like to clarify that the snorkeling location was indeed within the Three Pools area, contrary to what is mentioned in the review. Marine life and underwater visibility can naturally vary from day to day, and unfortunately the amount of fish or coral seen cannot be guaranteed. The brief shopping stop is part of the route, and guests are never required to purchase anything. We always respect every guest’s opinion, but we believe a 1-star rating does not fairly reflect the full-day experience and all the activities that were successfully provided.
