Cyprus: Mt. Olympus, Troodos Mountains, Monasteries from Paphos

This tour has made my trip 1000%! There was culture, history, picturesque villages, breathtaking views of the mountains and valleys, many monastries and lunch at a beautiful spot.. I was notified the day before about pick up time and it was smooth sailing from there. Well organised, with lots of time in each place. Michalis was attentive, kind and nothing was too much trouble for him. If you love nature, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Michalis for a wonderful experience :) Van

This tour has made my trip to Paphos a 1000% more exciting, cultural; the best experience. If you love mountains as much as I do, this trip will certainly be worth booking. It was well organised from the start to finish. Lots of to see with short walks in between. We visited the highest peak in Paphos, many monastries, small villages; lunch stop with a picturesque view and some extra stops on the way back. We finally made it back, which felt like a whole 3 days but it was only a day trip 🤣. Thank you to Michalis for a wonderful experience.

A very nice trip and experience , It was a pleasure spending a great day visiting the Cyprus mountains and monasteries with Michalis,. He is a very good guide and driver and very good person. We had a very nice team and a very friendly and funny atmosphere.

This has to be one of the best trips we have done in Cyprus, yes it's a long day but there are plenty of stops and time to stretch your legs. Firstly our guide Michalis, what a gem his Knowledge and information was sublime add this to his great sense of humour we knew we were in for a good day. We were able to get to places that Coaches cannot get to, we visited Monastries, Villages, Troodos Mountain and the highest point of Cyprus with a few extras thrown in, the Scenery and views were truly spectacular. We stopped for lunch at Pedoulas Village, the restaurant had wonderful views, food and prices were exceptional. If you wan to see the real Cyprus you need to give this tour a go. Once again Michalis you are a credit to your profession

Michalis was fabulous and the tour was great - lots of interesting places and he had information about all of them! It was so nice to see a different side of Cyprus. We had a great stop at a little coffee shop in a small local town, perfect start to the day! Lots of great history and nature and little towns on the mountains, would highly recommend. Michalis knew us all by name instantly and made it a really fun environment!

Wonderful experience. Super guide, Michalis told the history of Cyprus in a fun and not at all boring way. An excellent driver despite the adverse weather. I will definitely return to Cyprus and hope to meet him again for other excursions.

Fantastic experience. Our guide Michalis was an excellent guide; he explained the history of Cyprus in a fun and not at all boring way. We ended up going on a rainy day, but the experience was incredible and he was an excellent driver, which is not a given since I suffer from motion sickness. Much appreciated. You have the chance to see a different side of Cyprus, beyond the usual beaches and the sea. I highly recommend this experience and will definitely return to Cyprus.

Small group feel — The tour runs with a small number of people, so the day feels relaxed and easy to enjoy. Well planned route — The stops are sensibly spaced out, with enough time to look around each without feeling rushed. Local food stops — Breaks are arranged at small cafés or tavernas - both great choices. Good photo opportunities — Plenty of chances to stop for views etc. Clear communication — Pick up times and timings throughout the day are explained clearly and kept to.

Our trip was excellent from start to finish. The driver and guide were kind, well-organised, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humour, which made the day even more enjoyable. In just one day, we experienced the incredible diversity of Cyprus, from its beautiful coastline to the breathtaking mountains. We drove through charming mountain villages, visited stunning monasteries, enjoyed delicious coffee in a small local café, and stopped at a wonderful restaurant with spectacular mountain views, where we had a truly delightful meal. The whole trip was perfectly organised and offered a fantastic mix of culture, history, scenery, and local food. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cyprus

We were picked up from our hotel spot on time. From the start our driver, Michalis, was very informative and answered our questions in excellent English and with good humour. The stops were well-chosen and at Omodos we asked for a little extra time to which Michalis readily agreed. The lunch stop was at a pleasant restaurant where the food was good and the prices very reasonable. Michalis made sure that the people in the group mixed well and he was interested in learning from us as well as giving information - the perfect guide. All in all, a memorable day, thoroughly recommended.
