10.00: Hop back on your bike and ride towards Hien Hao Commune, passing tranquil rice paddies and charming villages where everyday life moves at a gentle, timeless pace.
10:30 AM: Take a visiting a local family’s home for traditional Vietnamese tea. Learn about their daily life, customs, and the art of bee-keeping, while tasting fresh honey right from the source. This is your chance to truly connect with the spirit of rural Cat Ba.

(Prefer not to cycle back? You can leave your bike in Hien Hao and return by bus for just US$3 extra, including bike transfer.)
